Being that we arrived late, Danielle made sure that he would greet us and give us a brief explanation of this marvelous location. Following this, the following morning after a nice breakfast a detailed explanation about Florence was given by Danielle and Massimo. Their attention to guests is simply amazing! Would recommend 100% Malcolm & Agnieszka

The place is fantastic - the building itself, amazing view... rich breakfast as well. The owner is so kind and helpful host - even without asking him, he explained how to reach Florence, what to see there, gave us a map... Wi-fi only in the area where the modem is... A little bit tricky to find it but the locals...

This is such a fantastic place. The location, the owners, the views... Awesome. Had a wonderful stay and my kids loved it too. We were there for 5 days and I was really sad to leave. The owners are the most delightful people . They are very accommodating and extremely helpful. And the breakfast was finger licking. My 5 and...

We loved our stay at Tenuta Lonciano. The old convent has been lovingly restored and the setting is truly stunning. Daniele and massimo are amazing hosts - charming, helpful and truly hospitable. We stayed for 3 nights but wished we had booked for longer as it's incredible value for money and the perfect base to tour Tuscany. The train to...

Sadly we stayed for only one night prior to our flight home from Florence Airport which is about 20mins drive away. The road to the property is steep and winding. Very friendly and helpful hosts and great breakfast, served with a smile. Only five rooms and each has small kitchen area so it's possible to prepare a simple meal if...

We visited about 10 B&Bs and hotels on Tuscany trip. Tenuta Lonciana we chosen because of perfect location nearby Florence, and it was very good decision. B&B is located in cery old historical building, reconstructed by owners Danielle and Massimo. Our host was Danielle, and he managed this role perfect. Extremely helpful in every point! Hints for restaurants nearby, transportation...

Hidden in the hills outside of Florence is a most beautiful OLD but beautifully renovated former convent B&B. Lovingly owned and managed by Daniele and Mossimi, our hosts were charming and ever so thoughtful. Tired and unable to get a table at the nearby (delicious) restaurant Bottega di Morello, Daniele threw together in five minutes a delicious dinner for us....

We stayed here a week, in two rooms, and named it Tranquillity Base. It’s high up, beautiful, with stunning views out over the plain, and was an absolute pleasure to discover and enjoy. (Signs to Tenuta Lonciano began miles below down in Siesto Lonciano). Returning here after our expeditions to Florence, Sienna and Lucca, or a tour of Chianti country,...

Considering everything this place has to offer -- swimming pool, jacuzzi, farm animals, an amazing view, wonderful grounds and a spectacular breakfast -- this should be 150 to 180 euros a night. However, Daniele and Massimo seem much more concerned with the happiness of their guests than their own pocketbooks. This was driven home to us by the fact that...
