The hotel is a mix of old fashioned and newly renovated. In some ways very charming - in other ways a bit tacky. Some days very friendly staff - other days a bit rude. But all in all we love the mix of it all - and the food is excellent every time. Sit in the backyard enjoying the low...

Hotel Bigio is a rather cosy hotel in a such lovely place of Italy, San Pellegrino, located among the river Brembo. Nice view is out of the windows, beautiful area around and friendly staff. Was staying in April, but felt very cold in the room, especially in the mornings. Meals were frugal but tasty. Wifi signal strength was good only...

Stayed on business. Was located on the 3rd floor which is very dated, the first floor looked much more modern. The breakfast buffet is ok if you like cake or ham and cheese sandwiches but thats it. It was so basic it was almost laughable. The adjoining bar is really good though, regularly bringing delicious tapas to your table with...

Spent a week in Italy and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was kind and knowledgeable about their hotel and surrounding area. They gave me many suggestions about things to do nearby. This hotel is a good value.

The Hotel Bigio is a central feature within the town of San Pellegrino, famous for its world leading brand of mineral water. The restaurant offers a great selection of typical foods from the surrounding area on both an À la carte and well priced set menu. The quality is excellent. The hotel is positioned in the heart of the town...

Hotel Bigio is owned by a local family and they were great hosts for my trip to North Italy to participate in the Rapha Cent Cols Challenge, a cycling challenge across 1200 miles of the Italian Alps in 10 days. The food is very good and the service was fast and well orchestrated. They had to serve 36 people in...

This place is excellently placed between river and mountain, just below the grand municipal casino and opposite now closed Grand Hotel. Has a great bar and patisserie with good collection of sweets and breads that the family running this place is known for. Good rooms but you may have to be sure they are placed not on the side of...

I stayed here for a small conference for three nights. The place is located just below the historic casino building. This is the picture that is on the famous, green San Pellegrino water bottle you see all over the world. Located convenient from public transportion stops and have different hiking courses around. I loved the relaxing atmosphere of the dinner...
