This is a very special relaxing place - the staff were exceptional and the rooms spacious and comfortable - the owner is everpresent discretely and creates the atmosphere alluded to by previous reviews They provide afternoon soup twice a week and delicious cake every day in the afternoon They do not charge for parking. A special thanks to Narcis -...

We came to this spa/hotel after three days at nearby Rosapetra in Cortina, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We were sad to leave there, and a bit apprehensive that this place would be a let-down. Far from it! We actually liked it even more. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel I liked more, although I've certainly stayed at...

We stayed here for three nights as part of our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful and our suite gave us ample room to spread out all of our hiking gear and everything we had packed to be away from home for 2 weeks! The girls at the reception area were always very helpful whenever we needed anything. We didn't get...

Undoubately the best hospitality and excellent attention to details: family run hotel, very kind and professional staff always ready to help and assist. The rooms are big with all the comforts and brand new furniture full of Ladin charme. Breakfast was very good with ample options all organic and homemade, including the bread Optimal location, very central and a stroll...

We stayed here for 3 nights and highly recommend it. Our rooms were well laid out, quiet, beds comfortable and kitchens well equipped. Lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast is delicious and the selection is excellent. Service is outstanding, throughout the hotel. The girls at the front desk could not be more helpful, getting information for us as well...

We love the Dolomites! Great for mountain biking and the ski area "Dolomiti Super Ski" is famous around the globe and can easily compete with any other top ski area in the world. Whenever we are in the Dolomites we stay at the Lagacio. For us it became home away from home! The suites are spacious and very nice, the...

This was our third visit to the Lagacio and it was terrific! The room was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. They have a mini van which was great for taking us to our hiking trail head and picking us up. I particularly appreciate the washer/dryer available to guests so I can refresh our hiking clothes easily. We cannot wait...

Truly excellent hotel. Attention to every details and the Spa was fantastic. My only criticism was the beds are too firm, but they immediately fixed with a soft topper the views were stunning and everything to the highest standard. The staff were delightful and helpful. I would 100% stay again! Very highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived was surprised, the car was parked and luggage delivered to our room. The rooms are all appartments with seperate sitting rooms, ktichen walk in closet all built to the highest level. One of the most comfortable hotel beds that have slept in! Excellent breakfast with anything made at your request. Higly reccomended.

An amazing place to stay. It's far more than a B&B with a Spa. The pictures online don't do it justice. On arrival we were greeted in the secure private underground car park by a valet who unloaded our car, took us to reception to check in and then took the bags to our room whilst we were welcomed. After...
