There are two sisters who run this place and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We had wonderful home cooking every night and as much to eat as we could really. It's not absolutely central but only 5 minutes away. This means it's quieter, which suited us well. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. We...

Spent a week here after Xmas with my Husband and Daughther had adjoining rooms which were perfect. The hotel is spotless but he best thing about it is the food. Its nothing fancy but home cooked tasty and plenty of it, you have a choice of two mains picked at breakfast, Pasta was delicious and second and third helpings were...

We booked this hotel through a Crystal Ski package as a group of four. Biancaneve is nearer the bottom of the hill, very close to the drop off/transfer point. The hotel was really clean and there was a large heated room to store all your ski equipment (although we kept our boards & skis up at Eydallin ski rental as...

This was our 3rd time visiting Sauze d'Oulx for our annual snowboarding trip and Hotel Biancaneve did not disappoint. We booked the hotel as part of a package deal with Crystal ski and got a very reasonable price. Location - the hotel is about a 10 min walk up a very steep hill to the bottom of clotes lift (in...

Elena and Claudia are excellent hosts, always smiling and really helpful. Rooms are comfortable and the beds more so. My request for extra pillows was not a problem at all. The food was delicious and plentiful - home cooking at its best. Our vegetarian was well catered for. Elena suggested a Spa in Montgenevre (boarding trip and I'm not a...

A very warm welcome and you certainly didn't go short of food with the evening meal. A pleasant lounge bar available before and after eating and the hotel was immaculately clean. Breakfast was fairly standard continental buffet style and with a bus stop close by there was no need to walk to the slopes with all of your gear. The...

This hotel is about 10mins walk to the chairlift. I liked the hotel overall but there were some issues. The food was average - despite reviews to the contrary. It was home cooked but being vegetarian there was very little choice and it was often bland. Great rooms and friendly hosts compensated. Another issue was the unreliable WiFi. Prices in...

I am not sure that I want to review this hotel as really is a "Hidden Gem" in Sauze D'Oulx. We just loved being back in the company of Claudia and Eleanor, the two sisters who run this fantastic hotel. This is our third visit. We were meet with a warm welcome and shown to our room directly on our...

Delicious food and high quality service! Rooms and communal areas all very clean. Photos do not do it justice. Sugo's is an excellent place in town for pasta lunch and you must use Paolo's for ski hire as he is right by the ski lifts! Elena and Claudia speak perfect English and French and run a welcoming albergue-always available to...
