We were there with group of friends the rooms are very clean and average standard not much furnished, could use some renovation but everything is quite functional but basic. Some rooms have small balcony, a plus. The breakfast was poor considering that the owners have a restaurant too would warm to have some more variety of pastry... The big plus is the kindness of the staff and the location you can walk to the center and has parking space in the street. A good option considering the high prices of Sabaudia

As a whim, we decided to spend an extra night in Sabaudia and our beloved Hotel San Francesco was sold out that night. For the price, Mini Hotel Saporetti was great for a last minute check-in. No complaints, really....Centrally located (not close to the beach, however), and nice people running the place. Breakfast included--small choice of danish/croissants/coffee/juices. All in all, I can't complain. It provided just what we needed- a bed, shower, and breakfast. Also if you stay here you get discounted access to the beach front on the lido.

Saporetti is an institution in Sabaudia, the classy seaside spot for Romans. I use to come here since I was a little child. You will find famous soccer players and businessmen spending their holidays here. Prices are typical Italian prices for any, and I specify ANY, private beach: not cheap, but aligned with the average. The hotel is extremely cosy, charming, something classy, keeping altogether a relaxed seaside atmosphere. The most distinctive features are the beautiful garden and the excellent restaurant on the beach. Something you should go for if you're looking for something special.

I booked this hotel with the idea it would be beautiful to wake up to on Christmas! What a mistake! The rooms are filthy the view is horrible and the staff are not helpful. We ended up leaving the hotel as soon as we saw the room, yet they still charged my credit card for a two night stay claiming we abandoned it. But in fact we informed the staff we would not be stayin there, they have us our passports, we returned the key and left. I wouldn't recommend this horrible Hotel to anyone.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions - alone or with friends. The people who work there are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are small but very clean, and there is a garden where you can have breakfast under the trees. It is a bus ride away from the beach but is a great alternative to the big impersonal beach hotels. A great place to stay if you are in Sabaudia for a long weekend and want beach and quiet.
