Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed for the AC/DC concert, triple room for 2 adults and a 13 year old boy for a price per night of 300 euros, definitely too much!!!!
Like everyone else, they took advantage of the shortage of places. Furthermore, in the evening, unless you have a car, the hotel is completely unreachable, even though it was a Saturday evening and during a big concert, neither buses nor taxis were available. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Welcome hotel after a long drive from Puglia! Pleasant location in the countryside. Good price. Good bedding. And what's more, calm! And good breakfast!
However: avoid the restaurant, whose expensive menu evokes the ordinary of an Albanian prison, or perhaps that of a Franciscan monastery. We suggest that the cook retrain in politics, an environment usually so welcoming to incompetence. But hey, who sleeps eats, right?

The hotel is situated very near the theatre and within the old city wall ring. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are adequate and spacious and ours had a little balcony with a nice view on the old town. But staying and working in some nondescript building that reminds most of communist Eastern Europe is not balm on the soul for anyone I am afraid.

Camere sporche,senza frigo ne telefono!
Senza una coperta nell’armadio!
The bath tub was leaking water all the time...my terrace was communicating with another person’s room.
At breakfast I find cake with a layer of green mold! Definitely a few weeks old to have such a high mold!
You have to drink water from the (hot) bin because it is summer and it is hot otherwise if you want a bottle of water you pay for it!
They use jams like 20 years ago... The grade jars where everyone sticks the knife and takes what they want!!! Assurdo!!!!
Hanno ancora le zuccheriere che non si possono più usare da secoli ormai!
The employees very friendly and kind but I'm sorry but I hope to never stay again in my life in such a structure! I almost forgot the pool!!! a total mess, all thrown ... lifebuoys, jars, broken first aid box and the thrown .. the pool all dirty and full of pine needles!

We stayed here for one night and had no complaints. The area is a little off the beaten track but it is an easy enough walk to nearby bars etc.Our room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Our room looked out over the swimming pool which looked very inviting. We arrived a little late to try it out though.
Breakfast was good and the coffee was lovely.

We just tired to take a seat for a coffee in the restaurant of this hotel, there were a few customers having lunch. At the door step, the owner made it clear that if it is not for a full lunch, there is no entry. We left.

Renovated and large enough for 3 persons. Modern, open and spaciuos place. Walking distance to Modena centre. Breakfast option in the corner Cafe had limited options to choose from, but coffee was okay. Beds were also very comfortable! Would definitetly recommend to stay here if visiting Modena.

We arrived in middle of July to stay few nights in Park hotel. Infrastructure is bit old but looks stylish. First impression wasn't that good as recepcionist wasn't that good in English but later all was smoothStaff was friendly, breakfast pleasant, pool area nice and and overall it was very good stay. Only bit of issue was sound insulation as we would hear guys in other rooms laughing and talking all time.

I stayed for 12 nights on a business trip. While the hotel is decent, staff are great, the infrastructure could have been better.
Pros:
1) Quite Neighborhood (in a residential colony)
2) Some of the staff are really helpful and friendly

Con's:
1) There's no sound insulation between rooms in the floor I stayed. Even a whisper in your neighboring room is clearly audible and this spoils your sleep rhythm and peace.
2) The space utilization in the bathroom could have been better. The shower capsule is small and it's difficult to adjust within it as there's no hand shower
