We are the elderly couple who stayed for 1 night in a twin room. The hotel has a nice location and secure parking places. The front entrance reception is appealing and so is the resturant. Members of staff were lovely. However the mattresses were hard (orthopaedic?) and of poor quality, that the quality of sleep was terrible. It almost seemed to be sleeping on a wooden plank. And so were the cushions. The bathroom towels were "worn out" -colour of the towels were grey, not white. The shower cubicle had lots of limescale around the doors and water was pouring on the floor from below shower cubicle as the doors had no protective strips below. Breakfast was amazing in an elegant restaurant, coffee was made from a quality coffee machine - great taste! Air conditioning was of poor quality, noisy and it switched off automatically at 05:30am and could not be re-activated. There was no one in the reception to report the fault at 05:30am. Hotel had no members of staff on duty at this time in the morning. Generally not amazing.

One night stay with family. We booked three double rooms: the hotel is a 4 star but some details should be revised a little. However, the rooms are very spacious, very well kept, clean, bright and heated. The bathroom has all the comforts. The breakfast is abundant sweet and savory. Hot drinks available but if you want you can have something prepared at the bar. It is surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of Parma, very well because there is a large car park. Great kindness from the staff when we arrived and had to check in, a bus had just arrived with over 50 people. They dedicated a lane just for us and we completed the formalities in a short time. I spent 8 months staying from Monday to Friday, for such a long period order, cleanliness, quiet are fundamental, but it's not enough, you also need warmth and friendliness in a context of maximum professionalism.
I want to thank all the staff for giving me all this uninterruptedly throughout this period.
To anyone passing through the area I can only recommend it wholeheartedly
Thanks again everyone
Paul

Simple hotel, ample parking, a convenient area for a tour of the castles of the Duchy of Parma and for visiting Parma and Reggio Emilia. Standard size bedroom and bathroom; there are TVs, two types of pillows, minibar and climate control, but it is certainly not a 4 star, the standard of a 4 star in any Italian city is totally different! Poorly soundproofed rooms, you can hear the conversations of the neighbors . There isn't even a kettle in the room which is standard for a 4 star. The price that is appropriate for the services offered saves it. I had booked the room from their website by choosing the breakfast for celiacs: I am not celiac, but I have various eating problems, and in this choice I always find something I can eat. I proceeded to call a few days before to make sure I could have an alternative breakfast and I was confirmed that there was everything I wanted; well, the first day they didn't even have soy milk for a cappuccino; I had to settle for an infusion (the classic The Twinings for breakfast doesn't exist). So sweet, which obviously I couldn't eat, a ham and cheese from the blocks, the ones that bars use for toast, so to speak. Very little fruit, packaged jams. Good thing I always carry something with me for emergencies. in the evening I complained to the reception and the answer was that they hadn't bought it because it often expires and they can't keep liters of milk which they then throw away....and will it be my problem???? but they had procured it together with the other things and the following morning I would find everything. Result, the next morning I was able to have my soy cap, but as for breakfast it was always the same things. Don't pass off a breakfast for celiacs when you have nothing to offer.
The only positive thing was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the kindness of the maids on the floors.

Formally it is a 4 star hotel but does not offer a structure and service adequate to the standard. It 'a great hotel that applies especially for the quality - price ratio and for the location, to visit the nearby Reggio Emilia and Parma.Ho found a double bed a bit' too hard, the legs struggle to rest (I recommend a topper) and some details, especially in the bathroom, is very related to the 80s-90s... In general the rooms are well soundproofed, breakfast is international standard, professional staff as expected. In general a great solution for the passing tourist.

A confirmation, 3rd consecutive year for a motorcycle rally (50/70 people for dinner and sleeping on Saturday evening and 90/100 for lunch on Sunday).
The staff is always available, polite, friendly and professional...TOP!!!
The restaurant .... the food is very good and with excellent prices and is ready to satisfy various requests (diets, celiacs, vegetarians, etc.).
Hotel.....see you again for the next edition.

We stayed for the Bridge of Saints.
Beautiful location. Staff helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the room is not up to a 4 star (I hope it was just a problem of ours, 128). Nice king size bed but with the extra third bed there is not enough space to move between the beds. Poor soundproofing. Many signs of passing time and poor maintenance and attention. Broken door stops, falling toilet tray plate, worn and rusty taps, gasket under the shower cubicle door absent resulting in abundant water on the ground and soupy slippers. Being at the weekend they replied that they could not solve the problems and there were no other rooms available.
Very good restaurant and cellar.
Some problem with the account (charges not ours) promptly resolved by the staff.

Very kind, helpful people. Excellent breakfast with homemade scrambled eggs. The rooms and bathroom very well kept and clean. Although we arrived in the middle of the night, they waited. For the money that we paid, we had a very satisfying experience.

We've stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my boyfriend just to escape from the monotony of work and the city. On arrival we were impressed by the beauty of the landscape, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. The zone is very quiet and good for relax, about an hour from the center of Parma by car. With the price of a double room we were given a Junior Suite with a beautiful view of the tower. The room with parquet floor and a bathroom with hydromassage was very nice clean and very quiet in the night. Breakfast good with a large variety of food - croissants, ham and cheese cakes. Helpful staff, beautiful room and beautiful place at a good price.

Arriving late we were glad to find this new hotel in the middle of the country. After a long drive it was so good to arrive to a nice room , well heated , with a comfortable bathroom. Perfect white towells, beautiful wooden floor. Gentle receptionist . Brakfast was ok, mainly because the hotel that day was almost empty being mainly a business hotel. Price was very convinient. Bed was ok. Only pillows were a little hard, but for the rest the room was perfect. Reasonable prices for drinks in servibar. Water only 1 euro.
