Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

The hotel has very big rooms, clean, very comfortable, with small "trivalent" (not very efficient) fridge and a good bathroom.

The hotel maybe need a renovation but still is a good option. The price is good, very good location if you are traveling, just 5 minutes from the highway and good restaurants surrounding. The breakfast was ok, not the best, but enough. The staff was very very friendly and happy. WE were in winter, and then, we didn't use the small pool and the outside area.

The PETS are allowed. Is the best here.

They have free parking in front and in the back a cover parking (big). not problem with big cars

Overall a good impression in relation to the room cost. Minimal but discreetly quiet room. Convenient location with parking.
Proper breakfast with sweet and savory.
Kindness and courtesy from the staff. I would also come back for the pool.

We stopped one night to shorten the journey from Lazio to Trentino. Simple and not very recent but perfectly functional structure with swimming pool and excellent cuisine. Extremely helpful and kind service (they let us have dinner at closing time of 10pm). Advise.

We happened upon it during the CIBUS fair in Parma......amazing. It would have been better to return home at least we would have saved €300 for a room that in normal conditions would have cost a maximum of €40-50
The hotel is decadent to say the least, the traces of the lack of cleaning ever done over time are too visible. There is a mini swimming pool (ridiculous) 5 meters from a busy road
The possibility of parking is decided exclusively by fate and be careful when going to the car park on level -1 because you might enter and never come out as happened to an abandoned car there. At least some of the ladies on the staff are cute and friendly.

Given that we were customers of this Hotel several years ago 'for work with my family, fully satisfied, for long periods with half Inn included. great dinner, great breakfast, extremely helpful staff, rooms and clean hotel.
It's not like that anymore.
We stayed at this property, bad smell, lack of cleaning especially in the room, we book by phone for more 'nights, we are asked at check in without viewing the room prepayment of the nights in question.
Elevator failure, we can understand the bad weather, we are given the room on the upper floors.
We ask for a room on the lower floors but that's not possible.
We contest the structure at 5.30 pm after just a few minutes of possession of the room and we leave without receiving the transfer of the payment already made previously with the Pos, which will be executed only the following day. I reminded the gentlemen of the structure and 'not elegant to ask for advance payment even before taking possession and vision of the room and in case of dispute as the payment and' happened in real time so the cancellation must take place.
Sorry you were in the past a great facility but today never again.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the ring road, allowing us to move quickly, unfortunately we didn't look at the reviews. Dated hotel, rooms with peeling walls, the lamp was stuck with tape, the window didn't close, uncomfortable mattresses and, what's worse, terrible cleaning. As read subsequently in other reviews, the hotel is supported by the numbers of off-site workers and school groups but this does not mean that cleanliness must be lacking for this reason.
The breakfast is very minimal. The staff lacks kindness except for the girl at breakfast. In short, if you can, choose something else.

Old rooms, dusty, dirty bathroom. Dirty sheets and towels...maybe because they were all boys??? A school trip but that doesn't mean cleaning has to be any less.
I therefore recommend checking its status immediately.

Convenient hotel for Campovolo, a little less so for the center of Reggio. A bit spartan room, with a small non-functioning minibar. In the bathroom an impressive shower with hydromassage, not working, quite uncomfortable. Very kind staff. Breakfast reviewable on the savory side while good on the sweet side.

A group (32 in all) of us travelled to play Rugby at Reggio's local veterans club The Old Becks. We found the Airone to be a really good base and whilst not overly luxurious it served us very well, the rooms were a wee bit dated but were clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bar could have done to be a bit better stocked but then we are a rugby club and they possibly hadn't taken this into account.
Breakfast was acceptable if you like the continental style.
