Outside the hotel there is a large car park, I recommend paying maximum attention to the bollards that are difficult to see if you are reversing. Once we parked the car we go inside, we receive a good welcome. We go up to the room, we find a large, well-made room, a nice bathroom, which in some cases cannot even be found in higher category hotels. We go down to eat at the bar, they only had ready-made vacuum-packed sandwiches, with poor quality bread, it was one of the pre-cooked ones. We eat without too many problems, after the trip we were hungry. Aim for the simple: general structure, common areas and rational, clean and no-frills rooms. However, it manages to be welcoming for a maximum stay of one or two nights. The staff is quite courteous. Free private parking is available. There is no mini bar in the room, but it is possible to purchase comfort food and drinks at reception.

I have never experienced such soft pillows, a very spacious room with a sofa bed as comfortable as a double bed, a spacious bathroom equipped with all the essential comforts (shower/shampoo dispenser, stool, storage shelves, toilet paper and spare towels),
efficient and courteous staff. Rich and always well-stocked breakfast, even if a lover of fresh fruit would have wanted a little more variety than apple and nas nas.

The only negative point is that one of the beds was missing a slat and that the bathroom door did not close, I stay: perfect
The staff is very cheerful and pleasant, a TV in the removable room, a very clean room and the bonus: breakfast included. Sweet or savory, there is something for everyone, the orange juices are pressed in front of you in the machine, everything is fresh and very good!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Reggio Emilia for 3 nights and had an excellent stay. The representatives at the front desk were absolutely the best. Very friendly and helpful. They assisted with items at the hotel, had great local suggestions for food & travel, engaged in conversation each day, and went above & beyond to make our stay as comfortable & convenient as possible. You can tell that they truly care. In addition, the hotel itself was very welcoming and well maintained. Had a spacious & bright lobby, and a nice variety for free breakfast & coffee. Our room was clean, the shower was great, and the bed & pillows very comfortable. Overall, this was a fantastic hotel. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
