Well, this was a surprise!, I had a room booked for me on a recent trip and as I drove past I must admit I had that sinking feeling, however what a surprise, the hotel was clean and fitted out to a decent standard.
The staff at check in where very helpful and the room was surprisingly good, very clean and comfortable if a little dated with its dark wood furniture. The room had plenty of desk room to allow you to work if needed with a great free wifi service.
The bathroom was clean with a good supply of hot water in the shower, the shower door was probably the only negative issue I could comment on with a near impossible to stop it from flooding the bathroom.
No english TV channels could be found!
We enjoyed a pleasant meal from a fairly limited menu, but it did the trick.

The room, although overlooking a busy highway junction was spacious and clean. There was only one English TV channel which was disappointing. The fitness centre is in a different building at the back and we were unsure the last time it had been cleaned - the steam room smelt mouldy and the floor was dirty. The 'hot' tub was lukewarm and the towel baskets full despite the hotel not being busy.

My partner and I were guests of the BW Classic Hotel in August 2024. The location is not the best as a panorama (it is adjacent to a shopping center and very close to the bypass) but at least in our case the overnight stay was very quiet and the breakfast sublime.
Welcomed by very friendly staff members, they made us sit in a clean, spacious and well finished room, with “classic” furniture (style furniture, paintings on the walls), in our opinion not (too) tacky (it could have been worse...). Air conditioning a bit noisy but very efficient. Very welcome the presence of the kettle and gifts (herbal teas and the like). Being tired from the trip of the day, we went to bed quite early and had a great sleep, having the foresight to turn off the air conditioning so as not to freeze.
In the morning breakfast enraptured us: we were greeted by other friendly and helpful staff. In terms of food and drink, the palate could only be delighted by both savoury dishes (among which stood out an excellent savoury pie, but also cold cuts and were excellent, even if “packaged”) and sweet (4 different types of croissants, then pies, cakes, biscuits and various desserts). There was also the “healthy” corner with fresh yogurt and everything you need for an excellent muesli. In short, a king breakfast, definitely excellent also in relation to the price paid for the treatment.
For this last aspect, being able to stay in the area in mid-August in a high-quality hotel with breakfast for less than 90 euros in two (including tourist tax) was very welcome, seen and recognized also the general quality of the place (both room and breakfast).
If we come across the area in the future, we will definitely return.

we stayed only one night but enjoyed every minute. prices are so attractive we could afford two rooms instead of one quad that we usully booked all our trp. receptionist was very helpful in reccomeding resturaunts and when we had problems with Wi Fi connection - two network cables were sent immediatly to our rooms for better internet connections. location - close to main road, but does not suffer any noise or disturbance. breakfast was good - plenty of everything and a variety.

I've been here several times and the rooms were always different. If you wan't a quiet room, you should contact the hotel in advance - seriously. Breakfast and dinner in their restanurant were always very good with a large selection of food. After dinner your get really good italian coffee, for breakfast just instant coffee out of a machine made of plastic. Parking might be an issue if you arrive late.

I spent 3 nights there on a business trip. The room is outdated with wooden cabinetry, but decent size. Big bathroom but the shower head area is too small. Water pressure was not much either, but doable. Staff was very nice, the breakfast was good. Free parking and free WiFi!!! Only 2 English channels on TV (CNN and BBC). The hotel is about 10 mins from the center of town. the restaurant opens late, so make sure you plan accordingly.

Average business hotel - not more than 3 start for International standards.
Not a place where I would spend my holidays - ok for short business staying.
I would suggest the management to refresh the atmosphere. Furnishing looks pretty old already in the lobby - bar area.

Stayed here for three nights during a recent visit to Reggio Emelia. The hotel was comfortable although the decor is a little dated. Our room overlooked the roads so the traffic noise was a bit of a problem and the room was very warm as the air conditioning was not very efficient. This is clearly a hotel geared towards business clientele and as such lacks a little of the personal touch that you look for when on holiday. We were there for 3 days and with the exception of a very nice breakfast waiter we weren't spoken to at all.
