This hotel lies in the middle of nowhere, yet it is the best compromise in terms of price, rooms and overall services. for those who address to the trade fair, that by car is just a short ride. Rooms are nice, clean and equipped with everything you may need.

Terrible!! 3 star hotel with really excessive prices for what they offer, only the breakfast is good and the chef is very friendly, the rest is terrible. A room with a mini kitchen with a vomiting smell of feet and cheese, ants on the hob, leaky kitchen sink water tap, no wifi connection, the bathroom shower door didn't close properly and if you weren't careful it remained dangling, the door handle, for how much they tried to fix it, it remained in your hand when you closed, room cleaning paid 20 euros just to make the bed they didn't even change our face towels or sweep the floor, the second evening blackout the whole hotel without electricity all this for 90 euros per night, which according to them is not much, for me excessive for data services. I don't recommend it even for a short stay

We stayed here one night for emergency of a long trip.
The hotel I do not know how it can be defined 3 stelle.il corridor that takes you to the rooms, is practically in the dark.operavano one light out of five.open the door of the room with difficulty, at first glance nothing fancy, but we served only to sleep and we had no pretensions. Then entering the bathroom, we noticed the first problems, paper door half detached from the wall, drain plate detached from the wall, clogged bidet, yellowed towels, sink leaking water and finally the broken shower door.... if it closed on one side it opened on the other. We warn of the bidet and they tried to solve the problem but of course it was evening and they did what they could. We go to bed and our double had ants... the single bed had shoe prints on the sheets and in fact my son did not sleep there, when he woke up the bedside table was invaded by ants.... we had no pretensions... but not even find what we found.
Only positive note the staff, helpful polite and smiling we were recommended a great restaurant in the evening for dinner, breakfast was very easy but good.

Huge spacious suits for who books for three people. I could not believe the size of the suite, large bathroom, kitchen corner, large sitting room and big Matrimonial bedroom.
Great space at a very reasonable price. 5 km to the Fair facilities at Reggio Emilia.
