Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

The location is very central and quiet, well furnished and very quiet. The staff is attentive and friendly. The room is large and well furnished, with an equipped and rather large bathroom. It is possible to park in a closed and monitored garage a 2-minute walk away, for a small surcharge. The breakfast buffet is abundant, with fresh cakes, and savory and sweet options.

We suggest placing the power sockets at bedside height and with a transformer. A kettle would be a useful addition. The television could also be placed closer to the bed.

I highly recommend it to those who want to visit the historic center on foot as it is located a few steps from Piazza Prampolini. We arrived before check in time and the room was already ready. The room was very large, and in the entrance there were armchairs and sofas. There were two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Many bathroom accessories and sets. Abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, and a cappuccino like in a bar.
Very kind staff.

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 1 night for Easter (31 March / 1 April) Excellent hotel in the historic center of Reggio Emilia. Very nice large and welcoming room. Abundant breakfast, everything delicious and fresh. Very kind staff, thanks to the guy at the reception (Nicolo?) who, when asked if we could have some tea, immediately provided us with a tray with kettle, cups and bags of tea and chamomile. Furthermore, thanks to him and his colleague for the various indications which they gave us for an excellent stay in Reggio

The hotel and the rooms are in an old-fashioned style. Very nice to look at
My room on the 3rd floor was rather dark, only 4 small windows and one in the ceiling.
The bathroom was quite small, but it had everything (small shower, toilet, bidet, basin).
Breakfast was in a buffet style, quite okay.
The people at the reception were mostly friendly, at least one of them hardly spoke and understood English (should not happen in a 4star hotel)

Hotel with a luxury feel but with serious problems
A noise from the fan did not let us sleep all night We asked for help but they were unable to resolve the Internet does not work for iPhone dilapidated electricity sockets
A disproportionate price for a terrible service
The workers know about the problems but cannot solve them
Let's say that it seems to me to be a case of misleading advertising

Very good hotel in the center of the city.
Bedrooms have a very good size with large bathroom. It’s very clean. Employees are very nice and very helpfull in particular at the reception. The parking near the hotel is very practical. We stayed 10 days.

What a wonderful place. Tricky to find and spectacularly difficult to park around but worth the effort. We arrived late evening and Mose, in spite of my lack of Italian and his lack of English, sorted us out. Our room was the last one they had, clean and spacious! Staff were all great and Tatiana in particular was quick with ice, a wonderful restaurant recommendation and helped with securing great local wine. Thanks again everyone!!

We loved our spacious attic room with the roof tops view.
There is a good sitting space and a writing desk, plus large comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. Shower over bath with seems to be the norm. A good breakfast is offered.
There is a lift.

We have stayed her twice, and continue to be impressed - sometimes a return visit is disappointing.
Quite difficult to find in Reggios police controlled one way system!
Reception efficient and very frriendly.
Rooms wonderful. This time we had deluxe double - wow!! What a ceiling!
Both times we have had room service, which always arrives within 20 minutes, and is beautiful food.
Breakfast is out of this world. What a choice to cater for every taste, fromhealthy continental choices to an English type of bacon and scrambled eggs.
I cannot reccomend this hotel high enough.
PS On our first visit, the garage attendant even drove our car onto the right exit road form Reggio, so we didn't get lost. What service!
