The hotel is outside the centre, but not too far, and has a free covered garage.
I've been twice this year in the space of 2 months, the first very positive and the second more disappointing.
Always at the same price, the first time we were assigned a room on the top floor, very nice, spacious and new, bathroom with a large shower, perhaps a small suite. The second time, however, a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, smaller, but the negative aspect is the dated furnishings, the not very pleasant smell and also the worn and holey blankets. So the first experience was 5 stars, the second experience was unfortunately 3. The always positive part was the breakfast, well organised, varied and tasty.

Convenient hotel in location near the center and the station, simple rooms with sufficient comfort needed, little choice from the mini bar, no snacks and few drinks. If you return late to the area you won't find anything to eat and a snack would be useful. Friendly staff and check out a little rough, we had to point out that we had consumed water from the mini bar otherwise they wouldn't have noticed it. In short, let's say without praise and without infamy just for a short period of passage but.... A 4-star hotel shouldn't have a bathroom with water leaks, a broken bidet tap, a yellowed and dirty shower and a slightly unhinged door. In short, given that they increased prices so much on the occasion of the recent concert, I would say that a bit of consideration and accuracy wouldn't have gone amiss. In my opinion 4 stars are overrated.

Hotel close to the stadium but that allows you to easily reach the center on foot through a pleasant walk under the porches. All the rooms of the Hotel are spacious, comfortable, well maintained and clean including the room and bathroom. The silence at night ensures a good sleep and the breakfast is really good, rich and able to satisfy any need for savory and sweet foods. The staff, friendly and efficient and on request regulates the air conditioning in the room directly from reception.

Excellent location, 10 minute walk to the centre of the town. Parking, was a must for us, it was secure and underground at no additional cost. The receptionist very helpful especially when we changed rooms. Breakfast was very good and all the staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and book again when transiting through Italy. We thought Reggio Emilia was a lovely town to wander around, it has some lovely shops too😃

Business focused hotel but we stayed on a holiday and was great.
Easy arrival, easy parking, quick check in and check out and clean and large rooms. Even though outside the historic center it was only a 10 minute walk. Great option to avoid the higher priced and much lower quality hotels in the center.

Clean and functional hotel not too far from the autostrada. We stopped here for a night traveling down Italy so just interested in a bed for the night. Everything okay with parking and friendly staff. Rooms were big (we had three beds) and clean.

The hotel is infrot of a stadium. The hotel offers free parking and it’s close to the center. If you decide to have dinner at the restaurant you have to speak italian. If you don’t it’s impossible to order anything because nobody in the restaurant speak English. You have to prepare yourself to be surrounded bay dogs while have your dinner because a lot of people are coming with their pets in the restaurant. If you wish to try a nice italian food you will be very disappointed in this restaurant because the food is terrible. The breakfast is poor and tasteless.

I as here for a week of education at the Loris Malaguzzi center. It was walking distance and a lovely town.
Helpful staff and clean fresh looking hotel. Great continental breakfast and a lovely restaurant that serves a delicious Pinsa (type of pizza).

I am writing this as I sit at the bar waiting for my car to arrive to take me to airport. I had a on amazing time and this hotel was a factor in it. Very clean and the view! I got a great view of a soccer stadium and in the morning had my windows open so I could do people watching as everyone walked by to start the day. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations from where to eat to helping my wife catch a bus to the airport early. One of the front desk staff Natalia even unplugged my iPad for me when I emailed them forgetting to do it. If I ever get the chance to come back, this is the hotel I will c9me too. Walls are thin though fyi, I think guest above me were having an orgy. Notnhotels fault
