Just returned from a 12 day stay at Marincanto having spent the previous 3 days at the Hotel Vesuvio in Naples. We simply love the Maricanto Hotel - it is simply stunning and above all has the staff to make the biggest difference of all - excellent customer service and care. So , in no order of importance , a...

Hotel Marincanto has a quirky, yet charming ambience. The hotel exists as a kind of complex across a few separate buildings that cling to the slope just above the eastern end of the beach. The buildings are surrounded by beautiful gardens and terraces, with stairs leading down to the beach below. We booked a Junior Suite and it was quite...

Hotel marincanto was a lovely hotel in a stunning location and definitely worth a visit. The rates for the rooms are expensive but you are paying for the location and for the privilege of staying in the beautiful town of Positano. The staff we all really friendly, the rooms were big and clean and the sun deck and pool area...

Bit of a mixed review here ... Room comfort, view, pool and food were all very good and the service was generally great. However, for the price this felt like it was the least we could ask for and so as a result we were left feeling a bit disappointed when things fell below standards at times (room service, car...

My husband and I spent the first 5 nights of our honeymoon at Hotel marincanto. We could not have been more pleased! The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The lobb, pool, terrace, lounge chairs, drink service, etc made us feel like we were at a resort. The location is so perfect. The views of the town were unreal. We were in...

I had a recent stay at the Marincanto Hotel and my first impression was " woahhh, is this real?" Most times, the first impression comes as soon as you walk into the lobby and you speak to the front desk staff. I felt very welcome by the front desk gal, I unfortunately do not recall her name but I believe...

Rooms were beautiful with lots of character! Location perfect. we stayed in villa 3 and had the most lovely room with sea view! I felt so relaxed from day one. 100% five star! beware of the 267 steps back up from the beach. Our 7 year old was also happy with the attention from the friendly staff and pool.

If you are planning a trip to the Amalfi coast, check out the Hotel Marincanto. It was suggested to us by our travel agent and it was perfection. The rooms were immaculate with sheet changes daily and fresh towels twice a day! The rooms were not super upscale, but they had air-conditioning and the BEST views of the Mediterranean! Really...

Beautiful little hotel with some great staff. The rate at 360 Eur is not cheap but it is Positano and on the cheaper side for this location. The pool was very nice, the room 224 has a great balcony with stunning view of the town. We loved our room and having the possibility of a breakfast on the terrace at...

We were excited to arrive in Positano as we had heard so many good things about the town. Having done our research we knew we had to book ahead of time because all the hotels sell out over summer, so 9-10 months ahead of our visit we booked a Junior Suite at the Hotel Marincanto for the 3 nights. To...
