I was about to give up on being able to afford staying in Positano when I came upon a recommendation for Casa Soriano. 100 euros a night for a triple room, when everyplace else wanted 200 or more. We were delighted. The room was spacious - true, not much in the way of decor - but high ceilings, a couple...

We were delighted to stay for 6 days at casa positano. The host was most welcoming and checked in frequently as well as providing daily housecleaning service. We had a smsll kitchen so that we could have coffee on the deck with ever-changing views of positano and the sea. We also cooked meals as well. The gardens are beautiful with...

Casa Soriano is a no-frills, very clean and affordable accommodation in an otherwise expensive Positano. Rooms were a little dated however it had everything in it that we needed and this was NOT a drawback, in fact, I found this quite charming. The ensuite room was immaculately clean as was the bed linen and towels etc. I couldn't fault anything...

Our room was on the 2nd floor- we had a 2 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen- no airconditioning in our unit- but Mr. DeMartino did locate a fan for us- but with the cool breezes at night it wasn't needed. We shared a large terrace overlooking the bay with another apartment- but the area is so large- it is...

Our room on the top floor was large and clean, furnished with antique wardrobes, and a simple table. The ceiling was very high and vaulted, painted white. The floor was a simple, old-fashioned type of tile. The bathroom was clean and just fine.On the chest of drawers was a little hot plate and a small pan so you could make...

We lived in a quite spacious, clean and tidy room with excellent view over the sea and coastline nicely situated in stunning Positano where "everything" is uphill this Penzione is actually accessible not too far up the one way (walking opposite the traffic direction if your suitcase has good wheels) circling the town. The owners are very polite and we...

We have just returned from a 4 week stay at Casa Soriano. It was recommended to us by a friend who has been a local for the past 20 years. The position could not have been better! The service we received from the family was exceptional, extremely friendly & helpful. The room was well maintained & very clean. The views...

You won't find another hotel in Positano that is as affordable and easy to get to (right on Via Pasitea, the only road in the town) as Casa Soriano. My husband and I spent four nights there in mid-June and would recommend it to anyone looking for clean and affordable place to stay in Positano. As other reviews mention, the...
