I wanted to impress my Australian partner by showing him the beauty of my region, so I decided to take him to Ponza and to stay at this lovely hotel for 4 days. We were welcomed with fresh drinks (not to mention, we were also picked up from the port by Giorgio for free) at our arrival, and Marco, the hotel manager, gave us a map of the island and info on the best beaches to visit and how to get there. Then he showed us our wonderful room with a view of the sea and a spacious terrace (there is also a Jacuzzi not too far away in the courtyard that can be used by guests). The room was spacious, comfortable and as clean as it could be. The beach of Cala Feola as well as Piscine Naturali are within walking distance, although the stairs to get there are in a state of disrepair and could be dangerous for the elderly and those with mobility issues. Despite that, we greatly enjoyed both places and had a fantastic holiday. On our last day we had time to spare before the departure of our ferry, so we enjoyed a free drink on the lovely terrace of the hotel and we were also given free water bottles for our trip back. We spent a 3-day mini holiday in Ponza as guests of this hotel and were pleasantly impressed by the splendid sea view of the rooms, especially those with the small terrace which offer a very comfortable sofa to fully enjoy this view. Excellent management by Mr. Marco, very attentive to customer needs and advising on the best way to experience the island. In this regard, I highly recommend the boat tour offered among the hotel services to better understand the beauty of the island of Ponza. The hotel also has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea from which you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and, if desired, dinner à la carte or with a fixed menu. Note of merit goes to the very nice driver of the convenient shuttle service, Giorgio. We will definitely return to Villaggio dei Pescatori on our next holiday in Ponza.

Marco and his staff deserve an extraordinary applause!! Useful daily advice, helpful staff, really pleasant cuisine .. including wines. From breakfast to dinner it is simply fabulous to sit at the table with a view of the bay of Cala Feola. The location of the property is strategic for getting around the island. Despite being by car, we often used the shuttle service to connect to the port and other areas of Ponza. In the immediate vicinity, within walking distance, a couple of really fantastic beaches, both sand and rock. Do not forget the convenience of free parking in front of the hotel. Excellent solution the triple room, large and comfortable: daily cleaning that we do not always find elsewhere; a private terrace very useful for laying, relaxing or eating sea view... Unforgettable the pleasant day on the boat in Palmarola ... always by Marco. Finally, we really appreciated the opportunity to shower and change in the afternoon of the last day of stay, despite having abandoned the rooms, to live a few more hours at sea!!

From the moment we were picked up at the port we were treated with so much warmth, care and personal attention. Our room was spotless. The sea views fantastic. The Piscine Naturali within walking distance. The food delicious. Everyone we encountered was a delight. Alberto went above and beyond. Manuel was so helpful and kind and funny. Frederiquo was adorable. The waitress from Brazil (Julia?) lovely. And the women at the included breakfast in the morning were wonderful too. The shuttle driver was also great. It was a fantastic stay. Wish we were there longer. My only regret is we couldn't find Alberto in the morning to leave a gratuity for him and Manuel. They definitely deserved it.

Let's start with the glance as soon as you arrive at the hotel: your gaze extends over a blue sea from the hotel terrace. Very friendly welcome from Marco, welcome drink and explanation of the main attractions of the island with the possibility of booking boat trips which we highly recommend (Palmarola is simply magnificent). My stay at Villaggio dei Pescatori in Ponza, with gluten-free half Inn, was extraordinary. Breakfasts were gorgeous, with delicious gluten-free croissants, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
