My partner and I stayed at this property for 15 days and found nothing to complain about. Spacious room with large bathroom and kitchenette. Impeccable cleanliness. Terrace with breathtaking views and sunsets to be enjoyed in intimacy and absolute tranquility. Breakfast served in a garden shaded by manicured and colorful plants. Staff always available for any request, from giving us information to providing us material for cooking or other. Easily accessible from the structure, for those who want a bit of trekking: Monte Guardia, Church of the Madonna della Civita and the Wonderful Lighthouse (which you can only get close to, because the path to get there is closed).
I could not recommend this property enough because it was an unforgettable stay. The location, tranquility and the people they manage are worth the 10 minute climb to get there. Mrs. Pina and her beautiful Villa will remain in our hearts. We hope to return soon.

This is such a peaceful place. The staff are also all so nice and welcoming, when we arrived I was feeling ill from the ferry and the owner immediately gave me some tea to calm my seasickness. The breakfast on the patio is also lovely. They were so sweet to let us check out late and will meet you at the port with your bags so you don't have to carry your luggage around with you. But the best part (besides the view) are the Cats! They have the absolute sweetest cats here that wonder the garden. Don't worry if you don't like cats, they won't bother you unless you want them too. Such a relaxing weekend in Ponza thanks to Villa Pina!

I visited the beatiful island of Pina and a stayed at Villa Pina with two friends and two kids. Even though the hotel is located walking distance (a few stairs up in the hills) to centre of the city and ferry boats the hotel offered to pick us up at the boat. What a breath taking trip with car that was. Never seen any roads like it and was truly impressed by the driver. He could probably drive it with closed eyes. But for me that was truly a great experience to see.
The hotel was located with a stunning view. They staff welcomed us with a smile and good tips for the island.
The breakfast was sweat like Italian breakfast are ... And the person serving us was very kind and helpful trying to make us satisfied and brought us warm cakes and good strong coffee ...
Thanks for a nice stay! We will come back !!!!

The room was dirty, as was the structure. It felt like staying in a council house run by a local family of dubious integrity.
The location is extremely inconvenient to reach, especially when returning from a trip or excursion to the islands, because it is steep uphill. It will make you regret not choosing something else.
Finally, as if that wasn't enough, we discovered how they manage to have on average high reviews... with favors or upgrades for customers. Easy like that!

Beautiful view of the port! Normal breakfast, normal room (neighbors to keep under control) Too bad you have to be a goat to reach it! Never seen a structure with such an impassable road (even on foot it's a struggle, and even taxis reserve the right to get in) P. S. The TV is only blocked on Rai Play, it only works when the island's Wi-Fi allows it.

We visited in beginning of May, when it was a quiet time on the Island. Our room was big and the terrace as well, even with a fireplace for grilling. Breakfast was good and the owners friendly and helpful. We rented a moped from the hotel, at a low cost. Got nice tips for places to visit and felt well taken care of.
Cheers and thanks! Thomas & Jonna

Simple but nice furnitures

Very familiar and lovely feeling with great views! However, Villa Pina is located high up on the island and it is very steep sections of road that are quite demanding. But once up, it's worth it. Would not recommend this to a family with young children

What about... a name a guarantee... Pins the heart of this cozy BB... everything you need to feel good on holiday .. right spaces, amazing views, proper cleaning.... and then you sleep divinely.
Maybe I have a soft spot for "who knows how to live" sorry the untranslatable Neapolitan... but it makes me pass over the lack of a hand made tart at breakfast, deserving the maximum score. We are back

We reached the room in less than 10 minutes with a rented scooter downtown.
The room also has a small kitchen and has sea view. There is also a coffee table in the terrace outside the room.
Breakfast is served on a terrace. Freshly brewed coffee is served.
Satisfied.
