A little outside the port, in a quiet and panoramic position, but well connected by bus or you can get off on foot in a few minutes via the nearby stairs.
Clean and spacious room with daily towel change. Outside a beautiful garden with table, chairs and deckchairs. Breakfast, especially sweet (savory on request) is plentiful, you can choose from various homemade cakes, all excellent. You pick up the tray in the buffet room and consume it in your own spaces. The lady at the reception is cute and always available for all information.

Host Rosaria was a gem to deal with and gave us great tips. practically planned our 3 days here. recommended LaPazzaria for dinner which was awesome. such a cute and charming hotel with a great terrace and delicious breakfast. very clean. Lovely hotel cut into the side of the hill with simple whitewashed rooms and great views. All very clean and with everything you need, also includes nice breakfast on the terrace. Would recommend. There is a terrace area above too and its still an easy walk into town.

We stayed in September 2015 - this was a perfect choice for Ponza that has a lack of highly starred hotels. The owner is lovely, she organised a ride for us to our early morning ferry (as always, we had way too many bags and the stairs down to town are brutal when fully loaded) and refused to let us pay for it.
The rooms are big - great views of the town below and with a kitchenette. The terraces are private (have walls but they are low) so they don't give you an absolutely private feel at all but are great to hang out for breakfast/get a tan - just be prepared to see your neighbours.
The lady was very helpful with possible leads for taxis (there are only a few on the island), boat rentals and places to eat. We tried to get back this year and it was already fully booked two months in advance.
Good value for money, convenient. Would massively recommend this for people travelling for a long period.

The location is very nice with spacious and clean room with a lovely terrace where the breakfast is served every morning. Mainly a sweet breakfast but the lady who serves it is flexible and we can order some specials like cappucino with soya milk or fruits. The manager is nice and helpful: he came to pick us up at the port and drove us back. He has a lot of good tips to give. The only disadvantages are the sound isolation between the rooms and the hour of the breakfast (only between 8:30 and 9:30).

The structure of Villa Flavia is definitely a beautiful reality in Ponza. Excellently built in the upper part of Ponza away from the chaos and traffic consists of several accommodations with adjoining open courtyard and overlooking the hills above Ponza. Strategic location, for those who go on foot in 10 minutes with a hundred steps you are at the port, along the panoramic 400 meters there is the panoramic square on Chiaia di Luna and to enjoy a fantastic view from the bar restaurant of the same name. Of course you can also arrive by bus from the port or beaches. Large room with comfortable bathroom and fridge led TV. Cleaning and daily change. The full breakfast is collected not far away and eaten outdoors in the courtyard. The staff is very professional. It offers the possibility to arrive by shuttle from the port and to have luggage at boarding on the day of departure. Facilitation for boat trips recommended to know the beaches of Ponza. The cost is certainly great in relation to the services offered but prices obviously double from July. Tornado in Ponza out of season will definitely be the bb to choose.
