They overbooked my room. The only alternative hotel they found for me was located in the town Montecatini. I had to commute by train every day! I did have a confirmation number of my booking, but the hotel blamed it on an intermediate agency.

This tiny 4 star hotel in the centre of Pistoia has been recently restaured and refurbished. It is also very close (10' on foot) to the railway station. Breakfast is rich. The major problem is the lack of own parking. The hotel provides a parking permit, but it can be very difficult to find a place. Add that many streets...

I was lucky enough to travel for business in some of the best hotels worldwide. The company I was working for was budget-less to have executives and representatives pounding in iconic places. I believe over 30 years, I developed a skill to grade the experience. I had the opportunity in September 2016, after staying at the Excelsior in Florence and...

Only stopped one night on a business trip, but couldn't have expected better. Just remember to ask reception to put the air-con on as room was very warm on arrival, like most hotel rooms. If like me you hate the heat fear not, the air-con is very quiet and effective. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and very nice continental breakfast. Not...

We stayed for 2 nights and I thought the hotel was quaint and staff very friendly and eager to help. Our room was very small with only a small window in the corner. Could also have used a paint job as starting to look a bit worn. We had a nice stay in Pistoia as we were basing ourself lives...

This hotel is the perfect place to stay right in the centre of pistoia. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel decor is up to date. The rooms are of a good size with beautiful en suite. There is a very good train service close by. A return trip to Florence only 8 euros. Parking is free but hotel...

Our stay ( myself and two friends) was only one night ... But enough for us to be sure that we will stay in hotel Patria on any future visits to Pistoia. Convenient central location. Courteous and efficient service. The rooms were comfortable. We especially liked the bathrooms , which were large and had been refurbished in a charming retro...

Hotel Patria is the best place to stay in Pistoia. From the elegant ambience, extremely helpful and friendly staff, to the delicious breakfast, you will not want to stay anywhere else in Pistoia. Its very centrally located in the historical centre of the town and especially directly infront of the best restaurant,(La Cantinetta) Will surely stay here again.

The Patria hotel is right next to the San Giovanni Fuorcivitas church, in a narrow street in Pistoia. The hotel is designed as a modern classic Italian hotel - everything seems classy, yet new, which creates a nice environment to stay in. The service was very good. The room was spacious (more than the standard in Italy), and the bed...

A very good stay and very central to everything in this lovely town . The front desk could not have been more helpful .The rooms were very comfortable with a real Italian feel to them .The bed was firm and sleep was good .There was not a kettle in the room but reception supplied one and milk and teabags ....
