Our three days in Paestum was made all the more enjoyable with our stay at Casa Rubini. This was nothing short of old world charm and most gracious hospitality. I cannot recall ever being more relaxed in any vacation spot. Our hostess Veronica prepared made to order breakfasts topped with the best cheesecake that I have ever experience and I... More

We spent the day at Paestum visiting the incredible Greek Temples. We checked into the inn first and were greeted very warmly by the hostess. The room upstairs was spacious, one of only three in the inn. Breakfast was prepared tou our liking and we meet a friendly couple from our stay the evening before.

We did not plan to visit Paestum, therefore the choice of the hotel for the, only, one night was taken at the last minute and quite rapidily. We read good comments on the place, we called and find out they had a room. From the outside, the building may give a "weird" impression but it's just a matter of few... More

It was really nice at Casa Rubini. The position of the house is great - just few steps from Temples. Veronica was the nicest person we met in Italy during our trip and her breakfast cakes are just delicious! This place is small but really cool and it has a great vibe.. I reccomend it for your stay if you... More

Paestum is often missed by tourists which is a pity as it is fairly unique - but the positive is that it is unspoilt and uncrowded especially in May when we visited. And this is the place to stay - a small boutique B&B a short walk from the temples - nice and quirky, even Bohemian, and the friendliest owners... More

Domenico picked us up from the station and opened a bottle of wine for our welcome. The care for us as guests was amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean. You look out of your window onto the ancient wall of the old city with the three Ancient Greek temples as a back drop. A beautiful town, well worth... More

We spent a fantastic 2 days in Paestum at Casa Rubini where our host Domenico was great. He even picked us up at the train station and took us to the hotel where we had a welcome drink awaiting!! The Temples are magnificent and Paetum a little Gem of ancient Greece away from the crowds. Thanks Domenico!!!
