Overall loved this hotel. A little hard to get to - significant driving on small roads, but this provided excellent views of Montepulciano, especially at sunset! We stayed in the suite, which was very spacious with a large bedroom (with bathtub!), kitchen, living space, and bathroom. Walls were a bit thin, so heard other vacationers talking at time. Great breakfast...

Great location 3 min from Montepulciano Old Town, lovely driveway, gardens, pool. All well tended to. Friendly welcome, clean rooms, mine with kitchen and little terrace overlooking the valley and the town surrounded by vineyards. Breakfast family style on a stylish large table, fresh fruit, juices and continental style items available and the friendly lady can also do egg dishes....

The B&B was situated just outside of the town which makes it very tranquil and peaceful. A car is definitely a must to get to the town though, otherwise the walk is about 45 minutes, and there are no lights along the road if you walk late at night. Unfortunately we did not rent a car but once we told...

I was expecting a nice B&B, but was blown away when I got there. The location is great as it is just outside the city, which even in the July heat made for the room to be cool. The building, room and pool were all gorgeous, there was even a seperate tanning/lounge area. Amazing views of the city. Two things...

I'm giving this 3 stars based completely on the stunning view, grounds and breakfast. Unfortunately, though the room looked good, it was not a comfortable stay at all. The walls were so thin, it was like having the other guests right in our room. We were given the room next to reception and heard everything through the doors and walls,...

Beautiful views and lovely kitchen and bathroom. Bed was a little small and firm. Sadly not much interaction with staff regarding the area. One of the things we like about b & b's. Strange feeling to realize you are alone at night in the villa. Breakfast is good. A little bit more hospitality could make this a five!

This place is so good I didn't want to review it in hopes that it will have availability next time I go. But the place is a no brainer if your budget allows. Awesome spot, romantic, great staff, 5 min from town, etc etc. loved it and wish we would have stayed longer. The grounds are immaculate. Thanks to the...

Well it's been our best vacations of the last years. Not only because of the ideal location of this beautiful villa, the stunning view of Montepulciano, the quietness of the surroundings; the cleanliness of the pool (rubbed every single morning!); the typical Tuscan decoration of the rooms (we were lucky enough to try a few, all good!) But also because...

We had a wonderful stay 2 km's outside of Montepulciano for 4 nights. Great location. Great homemade breakfast served with many choices. A terrific location from which to see other Tuscan hill towns. Very private, luxurious, spacious rooms. Ours overlooked the vineyards and swimming pool.

I now know why people are not writing reviews about this villa. They want to keep it a secret. Just come back from a 2 week stay in the ground floor Portico A apartment and we couldn't believe the stunning views of Montepulciano from our kitchen. The villa is surounded by a spectacular garden and is situated in a very quiet...
