An amazing villa / agritourismo in the heart of Tuscany! We traveled with our family and friends from the midwest to Tuscany for our wedding and honeymoon. Podere Monti was the perfect home away from home for us. With it's spacious rooms, giant comfortable beds and modern conveniences, this rustic farmhouse has a very Tuscan and homey ambiance. We made...

Our family had the wonderful experience of coming together for a Wedding and Christening in Italy! We spent a fabulous week in the villa and could not have been more delighted with the choice! Silvia was helpful on so many levels, including allowing the wedding gown be shipped to her home, hair appointments the day of the wedding and an...

Our vacation begin with our arrival to Rome. The three days spent in Rome was busy yet filled with a time to experience Rome and its historical accounts! From Rome we traveled to Florence where we experienced the charm of another beautiful city, overlooking the region of Tuscany; however our arrival to Sant Albino was something to be remembered! At...

Our group had family members from Australia and Europe – 4 families including grandparents, parents, grandchildren (8 adults & 5 children - 3 girls aged 13,11 & 10 yrs, twin boys aged 7 yrs). This place had a lot to live up to – it was voted first choice of 30 places by all families involved, after much research, so...

We found the agriturismo to be nice but over priced. The place is basically a group of rooms with a pool. There's nothing agriturismo about it - family doesn't live there and all processing of oliv oil and grapes is one at another location. The only time you see Sylvia is upon arrival or for a brief period in the...

Very comfortable and nicely done for a large group, region is nice but far from main attractions. Best is to profit from numerous activities in a 20 kms area (too far to visit Sienna, Firenze, San Giminiano). The rooms are nicely done but need a little refreshing. The kitchen is lovely but only for a large group. The TV and...

Extended family of 9 spent a week at the lovely farmhouse last June. The pictures don't quite do it justice. Rooms are very clean and very spacious. We are foodies and love to cook, and the kitchen is well equipped for whatever you might create. Grounds are very well kept. Pool is clean and refreshing. Silvia and Maurizio are very...

We hired Podere Monti, Pietra del Diavolo (same owner) and Podere Lamberto (different owner) for a week as venue and very spacious accommodation for our Ruby wedding anniversary celebration - a total of 32 family and friends flying out from various UK airports to Pisa and Perugia, with a small fleet of hired cars for local transport. All the accommodation...

My wife and I enjoyed a restful 4 night stay in this beautifully restored villa. It is close to everything 'Tuscan' but away from the busy roads. Sylvia made us feel very 'at home' and is a delightful hostess. We enjoyed the farm breakfasts and fruit just plucked off the trees outside. The views too are lovely. This is an...

“There really are no bad rooms, there are 2 suites and the rest are very large and comparable. Sylvia and her husband made us feel very welcome. We had Sylvia in to cook one night and the food was excellent and their company was excellent. touring the winery today and will write about that as well.”

“All rooms are amazing with huge beds and private bathrooms! The lower level rooms are larger with private outside access. The upper level rooms are further away from common areas that might be noisy.”
