We had a great stay at "Vicolo dell' oste" due to the polite couple that runs this family business. Mr. Giuseppe offered us an unforgatable guide through Montepulciano streets on our way to the hotel's parking. We loved having breakfast at "Poliziano"! Thank you!

My friend and I stayed here on our walking tour with Girasole, and paid for four extra nights to have a rest after our long walk.Luisa and Giuseppe, the owners, were very helpful with recommendations and did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. We had a kitchenette in one room and two singles in the other, so one night...

I'm currently sitting in the room at this lovely B&B. Everything about Vicollo dell' Oste has been wonderful. Luisa's and Giuseppe went out of their way to help us find bus and train routes to different towns we were visiting! Their hospitality is amazing and if my husband and i are able to come back to Montepulciano, we would definitely...

We just loved Vicolo dell'Oste so will give it 5 stars even though both my husband and I found the bed to be too firm for our comfort level; that's obviously not something that the B&B is responsible for. Aside from that one factor, everything was awesome! Lucia and Giuseppe (sp?) were incredibly warm and friendly as well as helpful....

We just happened by looking for a place to spend the night. Beautiful spacious room, good value, centrally located. Had great recommendation for dinner and breakfast across the street with a gorgeous view.

This B & B was booked by our walking tour company as part of a week-long package so we didn't have direct visibility to the price. Let me start by saying it wasn't bad but you need to set your expectations - this is a small, European B & B - not an American hotel. The B & B was...

This small B&B is gorgeous! Very spacious rooms, very clean and well equipped. Luisa and Giuseppe are so helpful and so nice!! Also very nice the idea of having breakfast at the historical caffe across the street that has a superb view on Val d'Orcia. If you difficulties with stairs do not go to this place. Montepulciano is for "fit"...

Location, Price, Rooms and service are all great! This was one of our favorites while staying 9 days in Tuscany, better than some of the more upscaled hotels. The room was clean and the bathroom lovely. The bath products were not - but we had our own anyway. Bed are quite hard - which seems to be standard in Italy,...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in October 2014. We had a car and planned on doing day trips from Montepulciano due to its central location. We drove to Siena the first day, Assisi the second, and happily stayed in Montepulciano for our third day. We were actually sad that we did not spend more time in...

Everything is perfect, location convenient, rooms big and clean, decoration bisic but cosy, breakfast with nice view to the vally, price reasonable, and further more hosts so considerate and helpful. They helped carry our heavy luggages up all the stairs into our rooms. Luisa was so nice that she drove us to the bus station so that we didn't need...
