Very nice hotel placed centrally in Montepulciano. Super clean, nicely arranged and relatively large rooms. Very kind and helpful owners. Good point is a short distance to the parking (max 100 m) which is not so common in this tiny old town. Great Italian breakfast in a cafeteria just opposite to the hotel.

My Wife and I rented a car in Florence and drove to Montepulciano. We were on a month long vacation in Italy and really had no kind of itinerary or schedule. We booked this room about a day or so ahead. When we approached Montepulciano we realized that to get in to this small town in the mountains was for...

The room we stayed in was gorgeously decorated and very spacious, even with a jet bath in the room, very romantic! The owners were very friendly and helpful and the location is right in the heart of Montepulciano, everything a walkable distance away.

Perfect for a family! We rented a two-bedrooms apartment which was absolutely perfect for us and our two daughters. Beautiful, very comfortable and practical. The location could not be better with several nice restaurants and cafes close by. Last but not least, the hosts were extremely kind and very helpful. One of the best places we have been to!

We spent some amazing days in your beautiful B&B which is really wonderful because of its nice Italian style. So we enjoyed it very much. Our special highlight was the wine tour in the Tuscany and we thank Giuseppe so much for his advice. We´re sure we´ll come back again :) Michaela e Franz, Bruck/Mur, Austria

This BnB is newly renovated. The owners are very friendly and sweet. This is a must stay if you are looking to be in the heart of Montepulciano! The bathrooms are clean, spacious, and updated with great water pressure. The beds are comfortable and large. My family and I will be back to stay here again! Excellent value for your...

Giuseppe and Luisa and Vicolo dell'Oste is clean, cosy and has those little touches that higher end hotels have. They spent a fair dollar with the top to bottom renovation, it's warm and inviting when you walk in the front door. Biscuits and beverages outside your door. Warm, nice, (heated!) towels in several sizes. And they supply nice wine glasses...

This was our first visit to Montepulciano. The B&B was fabulous. We stayed in the apartment which had a great room with full kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very modern but located in a Medieval building in the heart of the old town. Louisa and Giuseppe were impeccable hosts, even helping us carry our bags up the...

Stayed here while walking through Tuscany and could not have been more pleased with our choice. The B&B is on a quieter, though harder-to-find side street but within easy walking distance to the town center and numerous restaurants and stores. Our hosts graciously upgraded us to a large, comfortable room and provided advice on restaurants and transportation options. With a...

location is VG inside the town, within 15 min walk of everything (town is pretty small but hilly). Parking is always a challenge in the Tuscan hill towns, but with a little help from the owners, we were very satisfied. They helped us find the closest free Parking, within 5 to 7 minute walk. I recommend that you do not...
