We visited here in July overall we enjoyed our stay, the grounds and location of the resort are amazing. The spa design is definitely a 4 star the only downfall was the spa staff who couldn't speak English and where very rude to us. The reception staff where lovely as well as our waiter. The meals where great, however we...

We shared a suite and could not have been happier. The room itself was comfortable and well appointed. Very nice views of the Tuscan country side. We spent the evening on the huge terrace drinking wine and watching the full moon rise over the mountains. The spa is not to be missed.

I had a 75-minute massage because, after just two days of walking up and down the steep streets of Montepulciano, my back was killing me. I don't know anything else about the Etruria Resort. My massage therapist was Cincia and she was great. With very little discussion (tho she speaks English), she seemed to know just what I needed and...

I spent 5 days here with my daughter. The hotel is fabulous and so are the staff. Everything about it is luxurious, will definitely visit again. Our room is large and so is the bathroom, cleaned and replaced towels everyday. Buffet breakfast has abit of everything. The pool and surroundings are gorgeous, outside hot tub too.

I have to agree with many of the other reviewers. This hotel has a lot of potential. It's in a beautiful setting, the hotel, spa, restaurant all in the same complex and it's a short walk from the city center. However the customer service and attention to detail is lacking. We had many small things happen that added up to...

We had a beautiful evening at the Resort with my boyfriend. We spent the night at the "love nest " room and had breakfast in the morning. The resort located in a wonderful place, the rooms has a beautiful view. Nice restaurants and places all around. Peaceful and stunning spa, where you can have some tea juice. I would come...

We booked for a "confort" room but with a minimal expense we were upgraded to "nido d'amore" which has a double jacuzzi in the living room plus a hydro-massage shower and a better looking bathroom. The spa is awesome and looks like the pictures in the hotel website. The staff was very kind and helpful when needed. Overall the stays...

With a minimum distance from the historical center of Montepulciano immersed in a beautiful nature we fine Etruria Resort & Spa. some very beautiful and restored buildings that are not far one from each other (Careful when choosing the room). The Design is very classic but falls on trivial details and some cheap wrong decorative choices (Especially in luxury expensive hotels...

Loved it but make sure you are not in the annex because I hear there is no wifi service and your a few miles away from the main hotel! We had 6 people with 3 different rooms but they changed us all to the main portion. Good staff, amazing spa and very relaxing. It's got a high class feel in...

We arrived at this hotel for a two night to be greeted by less than friendly staff who checked us in with no welcome and then told us we need to get back in the car for the 1/2km trip to a separate annex. Our understanding of an annex is a side building not a car drive as recommended by...
