An unexpected experience. Wonderful Resort, everything well organised, super efficient and professional staff.I've been living in Tuscany for more than 15 yrs and I'm honestly impressed. I would have never tough we might have such an international resort in that area. The spa and the masseuses are incredibly good. Worth more than a try!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is a resort, so it is decorated beautifully, and the grounds are also lovely. Our room was large, and quiet, which made for really great sleeping. it is within walking distance of the city of Montepulciano...maybe a 10 minute walk. I will caution, though, it is uphill and a bit harrowing in places when...

Located outside of the city, not far from the principal entrance, it is great opttion for Montepulciano. It is also a SPA. I has his own parking, and the service is very good. Rooms are confortable and silent.

Nice big hotel with long corridors that sometimes seem too impersonal. Nice room, nice views and terraces to rest. Shower too small. Spectacular spa. Good breakfast. Nice location, close to beautiful Montepulciano.

We stayed here two nights in a Deluxe Double room that had a lovely view over the surrounding hills. The staff were very friendly & helpful and the spa was very good. The hotel itself is lovely & clean and well kept but It does lack a little atmosphere, the bar was little used. The Hotel Restaurant had a basic...

A group of friends went to this spa as a treat while traveling in Tuscany. We had really good treatments and enjoyed the water lounge (+€35 entry fee) but both the staff and auxiliary services were underwhelming. Especially at the prices charged! The spa staff treated us coldly and regularly reprimanded us for "breaking rules" and when we went to...

The rooms are clean and spacious and a great bathroom, however the bath is virtually impossible to have a shower in without spraying water everywhere. I did like the window shutters and the views from our bedroom. The staff seem short in number but are very well meaning and helpful. The food is terrible, breakfast in this spa hotel is...

I highly recommend the Etruria Resort and Natural Spa. The room was clean and comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant. The menu selection is very limited, but we enjoyed every meal. The waiter sometimes made suggestions and we were never disappointed. The breakfast buffet options are extensive. The reception staff very professional. My only complaint is that the spa...

The spa design is definitely a 4 star the only downfall was the spa staff who couldn't speak English and where very rude to us. The reception staff where lovely as well as our waiter. The meals where great, however we...
