Il Rondò Bed & breakfast is located near the historical centre of Montepulciano, in the middle of olive groves and vineyeards which distinguishes the countryside of the Renaissance town. It is surrounded by a large garden which grants its guests quietness and fresh air, even if it is only at 500 mt from the walls of the town, easily reachable by a short walk. The hotel has also a private car park which is reserved to its guests.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This little slice of paradise is everything that already has been said by most reviewers. Niccolo and his parents are the most welcoming hosts and from early morning coffee to early evening vino in the lovely garden it does not get any better. Even at 69, strolling slowly up to the center of town for dinner takes about 20 minutes and is worth every penne.

Can only reiterate the good reviews from other visitors..... we were so well looked after, the hosts were very attentive and kind, the house was 15 mins walk from town, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay,...I left some important belongings behind in error, and the family posted them on to us immediately to our next hotel, so I was so impressed.

We would definitely come back another year to stay , as we enjoyed the Montepulciano area and there is so much to see and do.

A beautiful hotel with lovely peaceful gardens. Owned by a great family who made every effort to ensure we felt at home and provided lots of useful information about the local area. Parking on site and walking distance from the centre of Montepulciano.

Can't wait to come back ...
The hotel is charming, rooms are clean and beautiful with vintage furnitures. You sense that every detail was carefully thought ... The owner itself receives the guests, his lovely family also helps to serve a delicious breakfast! There is a lovely and peaceful garden.
The perfect "dolce far niente" place, just like the movies ...
Two other important details: parking and location. Walking distance from the centre of Montepulciano.
Highly recommended!!!

This beautiful Tuscan home can not be beat. Located in great place just outside the city walls all of montepulciano, with free parking and free wifi. The bus station is just a block away to take you into city center, it is a wonderful location, very quiet and with a beautiful garden. Fabulous breakfast, which is included, free Internet, and lovely owners-- it could not be nicer!!! Nichola, the son of the owners was very helpful, and his English is very good which is great, although the parents also speak some English. We did use the bus, as my husband had hurt his back, and it makes several stops on its way up to the top of town. You can get off anywhere. The
breakfast buffet was outstanding and beautifully presented. Each room has its own table. Nice touch! wifi worked fine. We give it a 4 star!!

Our group of 5 stayed here one night as part of our Vespa Tour through Tuscany. We were delighted with this quaint hotel with no two rooms alike; all with lovely antique furniture. Three of our group had a lounge between their two rooms and the other couple had a suite with door to outside rather than into the hotel. I loved our 'pastel blue room' which was large, well-furnished and had a large bathroom with lovely old pictures of Montepulciano decorating the walls.
There was no pool here but nice just to use the garden furniture and sit under the trees in the garden.
Breakfast was a very good buffet continental, including yoghurts, pastries etc, and we were waited on for our teas, coffees which were brought to us at the table.
The hosts here were very friendly and professional.
There is a lock up garage we were allowed to use for our Vespa's.
We enjoyed this semi rural setting and spent time late at night lying on the grass in the garden watching fireflies under the Tuscan stars.

We stayed for 3 nights and really appreciated the peaceful grounds, helpful owners, inpeccably clean rooms and very nice breakfast. buffet. We used the hotel as a home base to tour central Italian hill towns and it was always nice to return to this restful hotel.

We stayed here for two nights in May 2012. The family that runs the B&B were very nice and helpful. It was a great base location for touring Tuscany. It was an easy drive to Banfi vineyards in Montelcino, Siena and Cortona. The breakfast was very good and the gardens around the house were stunning. It was great sitting out there and drinking wine in the afternoon when we returned from exploring. I would recommend this B&B to friends visiting the area.

Small hotel, outside the historical center, but in a walking distance to restaurants. Very clean, quite and comfortable, free parking and free wi-fi. Our room was outside the main house. The breakfast was very good. There is no restaurant at the hotel, and you can't eat in the room. We used Montepulciano as a base to visit Tuscany cities. It is a nice family run hotel, and we were happy staying here.

We visited some friends in Tuscany and we decided to spend couple of nights in this hotel. An ancient villa, amazingly refurbished, located just 5 mins walking distance from the old town. The bedrooms are all very nice, clean with mural decorations. Our bathroom, with a shower, was brand new too. Hotel has 7 rooms only, a familiar way to enjoy Tuscany. Let me add we got there with 3 kids, they fixed all of us in a junior suite without asking for additional costs. Value for money was extremely good. I reckon this a nice corner to visit for a short stay (no pool available).
