Stayed 5 nights as part of the gate 1 travel deal. Hotel was acceptable, nothing grand about it but for the price it is a deal. Breakfast is OK, rooms are clean and OK, location is good, parking is strange because of 1 way streets. Plenty of food in walking distance and convenient to car and train to everywhere. Pictures...

My Family just stayed at the Tuscany Inn in Montecatini Terme. Where we had the pleasure of meeting Morgana. She worked at the front desk. As I life long Hospitality person (Chef, Restaurant GM) I was blown away by her excellence in Guest Service. Everything I asked for or needed she was there with the perfect answer. Right down to...

The room was reasonable modern. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. They did not have a breakfast when I went there. They had a meal for 15euros/person for supper. It was not very good and should be a avoided. But there were a couple of places to eat near by that were good. BTW they have no...

The hotel wasn't anything over the top but was next to the train and an easy walk to downtown, the spa, and the Funiculare, as well as a hike to Montecatini Alto. It had wifi, breakfast, and dinner available and the check in was pretty fast.

Not very nice from outside, but pretty when you´re in. Too cold air conditioning in the hotel areas. Room was quite spacious, bathroom OK, breakfast was poor. Not very good variety of food, cold scrambled eggs, dirty tables. Parking free of charge at the back side of the hotel.

This was part of our Gate 1 Travel package. The hotel is ok. From the outside, it looks old and weird. Inside, it looks ok. The room is clean. The breakfast is horrible, same stuff everyday. The only good thing about this place is that it's very close to the train station. The staff were helpful. We didn't mind the...

We ended up in this hotel because it was the one booked by our tour agent. We were on an independent fly and drive vacation so had very limited time with other people who had taken the same trip. We found out that many other people ended up being placed in nicer hotels. That said, however, it was perfectly adequate....

Nice clean room and a great location. Shops and Restaurants close by. Numers Spas in the area added to the comfort index.Short walk to train station. Frequent train service to Florence made it a better decision to stay in the outskirts and commute rather than paying more money to stay in the city.. Room would have been perfect if it...

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Driving into the main entrance seemed like driving to an internment camp. Kind of looked weird. But once you were in, it was pleasant. We had breakfast and dinner at this hotel, as part of a package for our tour group. Food was pretty good- classic italian breakfast spread of cold cuts, and...
