I stayed at Hotel Ariston for a night. The room was not big but I had a good night sleep. The bathroom had average size but it was very clean. Toiletries, towels and hair dryer were offered. There was A/C and since it was July it was really nice to have it but at some point it became too chilly...

This is a OK hotel to sleep and plan your trip to the centre of Venice. The rooms are small. The bathroom even smaller. But then again...i am Dutch and we are the the tallest nation in the world, so could be big enough if you are not that tall. The breakfast was sufficient, but don't expect to much.

please bear in mind that I use a hotel as a base to sleep and not as a place to sit in for hours on end in a day. Firstly, getting to the hotel from the airport was easy. Get off in Mestre and get the number 2h bus which brings you outside the hotel. Total cost 9.50 euros. I...

We stayed at Hotel Ariston on our recent visit to Venice. Though the hotel is situated in the nearby Mestre town, we found that the connectivity to Venice by bus is very convenient. The hotel is on one of the main roads and the bus stop is next to the hotel. The rooms are averagely spacious but clean, centralized AC...

Had a lovely 4 night stay here! All the staff are so friendly and helpful and have made such an effort to help us! Although it's not in Venice, it's still easy to get there if you're happy to walk a bit and optimistic (the staff are brilliant giving advice to get there) can't fault the hotel but the staff...

We were booked into this hotel on a Venice city break by WEEKENDER-BREAKS. Its situated on a main road 20-25 minutes walk from Mestre centre. The hotel is a 1 star and that's about right. Clean, but nowhere to sit, just 1 chair in our room. There is a tiny tele hanging from the ceiling about 3 metre high. The...

The hotel is in a horrible location. You need to take two buses to reach Venice. The second bus stops running around 22.30, so I took the number 2 bus thinking I could take the second one and at the end I had to walk late at night for almost 1.5 km. There isn't wifi connection in the room and...
