I would not recommand this hotel because of the experience we've had here, but it might be different for everyone. At first I thought that the hotel was really clean, although it's not as pretty as on the pictures. I think it's really old and the rooms are very small. But at the second morning of our stay we woke...

The pictures on websites have nothing to do with the reality. The rooms are very small, dirty and very cold. The furniture in our room was broken. The walls were very dirty. A lot of dust. The linen on the bed wasn't very clean. Unfortunately we had an awful experience. We don't recommended at all.

We stayed in this hotel for one night pre cruiseand would advise anyone to avoid it unless they're looking for a real budget hotel more like a youth hostel. It was really bad, very old fashioned with no facilities. The staff were very helpful. The cost of taxis were really expensive from the airport 34 euros and to the docks...

We booked a ten day cruise that included three days 'in Venice' with Cruise 1st so hey should bear the responsibility for this booking. The room was stale and barren, the furniture probably fifty years old, the room small and smelly. The furniture could not even be described as basic. It was much worse. The bathroom was small and the...

The hole hotel seems that is from another world....Stone Age...!!!! It was cold in the room, no hot water and everything looks extremely used and old and it smells!!! I would never recommend this hotel or the agency, which told us that everything is great and amazing and they charged us extra money for a horrible service!!!

This place is not like what it looks like in the photo's. As soon as you enter the hotel had a horrible damp smell. The place looked worn out and really dated. This place is not a 3 star but like a B&B. Had to rebook into another hotel, that's how bad it was.

I was going to stay in this hotel around 13 October with my family for two nights and booked non refundable rate. When I came to the room - heating was off, room damp and bed linen wet. Air conditioning was not present at all. When I booked I was advised that all this is available. It was less then...
