The hotel is outwardly very nice and the lawn in front of the entrance with deckchairs and garden chairs, on which you can enjoy an aperitif or simply sunbathe, give an added value (if there had been the hotel pool would have been really ideal). The property is downtown and also close to some of the free beaches. My stay was 12 days and I must say that apart from an average small room and a bathroom far too small, my stay in the structure was really pleasant. The cleaning service changed towels and sheets every day once a week (Monday) and in general I met so much availability and kindness, even in dealing with the “inconveniences” that can always occur in a hotel. My partner and I decided to pay € 5 per day of parking (assured us the assigned space, inside the structure with opening of the gate with code), which I especially Recommendation in summer. The breakfast buffet was varied and of excellent quality, although the same almost every day (except in mid-August, where the hotel offered panettone and sparkling wine, with various sweets). The hotel is in a great location near the center but not too much in a quiet location, to get there there there are no major difficulties, inside it has private parking and guarded for the area where it is located is perfect. The very kind and professional staff can advise according to their needs where to go for the sea or what to visit. The room assigned by us is very nice and well maintained but above all very clean including the bathroom, the bed even if it is the French very comfortable and the mattresses are consistent and stiff as we like. The divine breakfast excellent everything from sweet to savory and also fresh fruit and delicious cappuccino very good. Surely if we have the opportunity to return to Versilia this hotel will definitely be our first choice.

We were guests of this hotel for 3 days at the end of May, Two adults, a child under the age of one and a 30 kg large dog (pit bull). What can I say, the room and general services are very satisfactory, excellent cleanliness and courtesy are at home. Staff always friendly, helpful and smiling! 5-star breakfast, possibility for those who own a pet to have it on the covered terrace. We were welcome guests (and with a dog like that this is never a given), we hope to be able to return as soon as possible!

It is located in a 'only pedestrians' area, inside a private buildings zone and therefore not on the street. This can give you the feeling of being a bit isolated from the center. For this same reason there is no street noise, but if you have a lot of luggage, a taxi certainly cannot help you. We spent two days in this hotel. The rooms, although bare and really basic, were clean and complete with complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The dinner is rather poor both in quantity and quality, breakfast was a little better: you can choose between the sweet breakfast and the savory. Friendly staff. "As part of a very large group booking we were allocated a twin room on the first floor which met all our needs. The beds were comfy and the shower warm and relatively powerful."
