Hotel Italo is a really lovely, homely hotel. The staff are very friendly and only aim to please. The food was great - empty plates every evening for us (and a special thanks to Kristina our fabulous waitress for being very attentive and funny!). The rooms are very clean and comfortable and have decent sized bathrooms. We honestly can't fault...

Booked through Crystal ski and were really happy with the hotel Italo. The front of house are absolutely bang on with any requests and the restaurant staff worked like Trojans. Great service and really happy with all aspects of the hotel. The only minor point to note is the resort is a little dis jointed and the nearest lift is...

You get value and a real holiday at Hotel Italo. The dining is really good. Plenty of choice and lovely food. It's relaxed and welcoming. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Madonna is a lovely wee town. We re-visited Hotel Italo for skiing again this year.

A very friendly hotel. The staff all made us feel welcome. Carla, the owner, took immediate notice of any requests providing an extra duvet, pillow and adjusting the heating to our taste. Our room had a lovely view of the square with plenty of storage space. The evening meal was first class; a good choice and beautifully cooked. Our waitress,...

Carla and Roberto are delightful hosts. Carla is always ready to listen or talk and so helpful with tips about walks, buses, weather forecasts and things to see. The food is excellent and Roberto runs the hotel resturant in a very friendly, but professional way.

We stayed here the night before 5 days in the Brenta Dolomites and the night we came back and the dinners were indeed 5 star! We also had a lovely breakfast at the hotel with some incredible apple strudel and bottomless espresso. Then, we set off for hiking and via Ferrata while the hosts assisted is with bus schedules and...

We would go back anytime. Carla and her staff are so kind and helpful, the traditional food is delicious and the whole ambience is friendly, comfortable and relaxed. The Italo is in a quiet, pretty part of town, but walking distance to lifts and shops, plus ski bus stop opposite. Nothing is too much trouble, and there is always laughter...
