Great disappointment. Very small rooms, no bar/cafe open, small very unconfortable beds, no hotel lounge or similar space, very poor wifi. The hotel is also located outside of the centre of Livigno (10 euro for taxi). Sorry to say, but this is probably the worse stay I have had since I started to ski in Alps in 1980. One star... More

I enjoyed my stay here. Very friendly and caring, sadly I had to leave early cause of a shoulder injury. Will come again, Nice breakfast, very clean rooms, reliable Wifi. Thin walls so, sometimes you hear neighbours, but not to bad. Will come again.

I didn't feel confortable in this place. Even if we are talking about a one star hotel, I thought should be more comfortable. There is a good breakfast, but room is quite expensive, so maybe next time I Will have breakfast at nearest bar. 10-15 minutes walking far from city center.

Rooms were warm although no heater in bathroom. There was a great boot which unfortunately wasnt ever switched on boots were therefore constantly damp This is a lovely b&b that would benefit from a little more investment in upgrading the building. Walls... More

We had the pleasure of staying in the Baita Betulla for one week and I have no complaints at all. The hotel is exceptionally clean, family run, warm and inviting. The room was cleaned every day and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountain and Livigno village. The ski room has heated boot holders so all equipment... More

We booked this last minute with neilson holidays and paid a very modest amount. The hotel is quaint and quirky. Certainly nothing to complain about. And certainly not for a one star hotel. Our room is at the top, and small doesn't really do it justice :-) you have to crouch a little in the bathroom when shaving as the... More

Medium sized rooms with comfy beds.Everything is a bit dated with signs of wear and tear.Due to its precast construction noise travels well from room to room but this wasn't an issue as the place was almost empty. Rooms and bathrooms very clean as we're the public areas.Basic continental breakfast with 2x cereal, ham, cheese, croissants, buns, fruit juice, boiled eggs and machine made coffee. Warm... More
