Uneven, unlit path to hotel. Food below standard; bread was stale. Beds quite comfortable but my pillow had a squashed fly on it so had to get a new one from reception, who were relatively accommodating, but I wrapped a scarf round it every night. Bathroom windows were see-through and people could easily see in.

Well, you cannot expect a lot from a 3 star hotel in Sicily. Average small hotel right on the beach, a little bit dated, with pretty basic rooms and other fascilities. It looks like you are back in 70's or 80's. But if you don't mind look of the interior you will get what you expect from 3 star. Average...

Only two positive points about this hotel: the staff were friendly and beds comfortable. Everything else was terrible...I mean it! Below is a non exhaustive list: Very dark and uneven lane way leading to hotel...without lighting of any sort. Two busloads of screaming school kids running amok on two separate nights with no satisfactory explanation from reception. There were three...

I have spent 12 days in this hotel in August-September 2014, and all I can say is that the hotel is great. It is located literally on the beach (one of the better beaches in Sicily), it is small but clean, with extremely useful and kind hotel staff. We got one of the rooms looking at the sea (not directly,...

A terrible experience. Dirty and old hotel. Breakfast and dinner were real dissapintment. We were forced to sit with 4 other unkonown people at the table for every meal and it was impossible to change the table or the company. The dinner was a set menu and it has lasted for 1 hour and a half the least so we...

Nice small hotel at the beach with very kind staff, perfect cleaning and quite good food. Small but nice rooms with comfortable bed. Free wifi was downstairs just in the lobby and garden. There is a nice small shop near the hotel and plenty of restaurants as well. The bus station is nearby too. Good connection to Taormina, Catania and...

“We were accommodated in room 220 at left side if you are looking at the beach. The direct view from our balcony was at hideous wall of an empty neighbouring house. But luckily we also could see the beach and sea on the front. During the night we were disturbed by noise of the outdoor air conditioning unit. The rooms would need sound isolation. Rooms on the right= west side are definitely quieter with better view to the garden and Mount Etna.”
