Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Got here for a weekend and I absolutely loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite, room was clean and cozy. Lovely breakfast too. Only remarks: my room was a bit small, with a very small shower in the bathroom (err...we are a couple) and air conditioner was quite noisy. But they found me a room despite I booked the day before and it was August. So I thanks them.

What a lovely hotel! It’s very convenient for both the town and the beach and the staff make you welcome from the moment you arrive. The air conditioning ensures that you have a comfortable nights sleep as do the firm beds. The chamber maids also did a wonderful job ensuring towels were always changed. This is the best hotel we have stayed in in Forte dei Marmi

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The apartments were very clean and newly renovated. The location was incredible, very close to the beach and the town. The staff was all very professional and courteous, especially Emanuele. I would come here every year from now on.

The hotel is in a great location. 2 blocks from the restaurants bars and stores yet quiet enough not to disturb you. It’s rated as a 4 ⭐️ S but I think the S is too much. It’s clean. Service impeccable. Rooms spacious. But not superior. The only thing that we didn’t like was when someone in another room flushed their toilet you could hear it in our room. We learned to close the bathroom door and problem solved. Didn’t hear it anymore.

We had a sales meeting here and stayed out of season- the weather was great for October so this was nearly perfect *& felt like being on holiday instead of working. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast left something to be desired due to awful greeny lookyng scrambled egg- no milk feely offered for the cereal you had to ask for it and they forget. Also have to ask for coffee and tea. The lunch menu was very different with stodgy carrot pudding risotto and the most dried up chocolate cake you could ask for! The following day being slightly more palatable. ( Breakfast was not though!) There is air con for the rooms and this was needed during the stay- especially when sweating from man flu. The rooms have nice firm beds, limited facilities and wifi worked on the second floor plus the meeting room! However there is hardly any sound installation and therefore you can hear your neighbours very easily. I have enjoyed the time in Italy- it seems a nice place alebit very expensive!

We stayed here 2 nights. Charming hotel. Built around 1920. Updated to the time it was built. Elegant but not too expensive for the area. Carlo was very nice and helpful. All the staff was great. The bed was a little hard but similar to many Italian hotels. I would stay here again. This is not your typical US hotel. Very interesting décor.

If this hotel was in United States I would rate it as below average, however being 2 blocks away from Mediterranean Sea in a very popular summer destinations as Forte de Marmie definitely makes a difference. Very basic clean rooms and nice breakfast area. It has as nice backyard garden where you can sit and have your drink. Front desk was friendly and helpful. This hotel is about 30 minutes away from famous Pisa Tower.
