This is a great property near the beach and restaurants. The rooms are large offering very comfortable accommodations. The staff are wonderful and are ready to help with any need. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to get away for a relaxing beach holiday.

Last time I was in Follinica - about 30 years ago - tourism was not that developed unless you went to nearby Puntala or Castiglione. Unfortunately we were at the 5 Pini just for a few days for a wedding and we could not enjoy entirely the place and the area. However, the location is perfect as it's not too far away from Follonica, the seaside is less than 5 mins on foot and parking is very convenient. The residence has an inner court, it's brand new, very clean and the staff are very helpful and keen to assist their guests with every request. The price was quite modest compared with the offering. If we were to go back to Follonica, we would be more than happy to make the 5 Pine our home again! To the Staff- Keep on with the good work!
