Wow. The setting is superb. The most beautiful view I've seen in the alps from a restaurant. Add to that the fact that food here is pure joy. Good vegetarian food can be hard to find in Italy but Scoiattoli's vegetarian platter is the bomb!...More

We have several times stayed over nights in the shared rooms while climbing and trekking in the region. The meals are really nice, traditionally with a pasta for starter and meat for main course, and a dessert. There were at least 5 or 6 options...More

We walked up here from the car park, a stunning walk through the woods on good paths and then a road. Last bit on stony tracks right under the Cinque Torre. Heart stopping views at the top. What a place to stop for a drink!

The rooms I have visited have 4 to 10 beds. The rooms are designed only for sleep, and you need to be OK with sharing the bit crammed space with others. However, given the surroundings, who would want to sit in the room any... More
