We had our best hotel experience here with every aspect outstanding. The room was both spacious and quiet. The ample common areas were providing everything we could want. Our winter holiday here was made particularly fun by having the shared dining tables where we could exchange the day's experiences with others and the food and wine was prolific and of...

A last minute booking but what a great decision. The hotel is exactly as described, built in 1892, it's not a modern hotel but it is full of charm and character. This is an Inghams Chalet Hotel so run by them for the ski season. Staff were great, food was superb, wine flowed and friendships were made. All in all...

Nice Hotel, well run by Inghams, handy central position, but need bus to access the two main lifts. However the circular No 8 bus stops just opposite and drops at both. Food was good as was the wine. Breakfast had a different egg dish each morning. Fried eggs appeared to be limited if there was a rush on. Please note...

We were a group of mixed ability skiers staying here from 11th March. I note that the hotel had been closed due to a virus in February. Perhaps the cleaning was not up to scratch as four of our party had stomach upsets and I understand that some others were also affected. The WiFi was also not good. That said, we...

We spent a week at the hotel on a skiing trip in late February. Although there had been a norovirus problem a couple of weeks previously which resulted in the hotel being closed for a week for deep cleaning, this issue appears to have been fully resolved and we had a great time. Our room, 301, was very spacious, comfortable...

I organise skiing holiday for a group of friends every year and chose this chalet for 4/2/17 due to its location and suitability for all skiing abilities from advanced to complete beginners. There were 26 in our party travelling from 2 airports , so you can imagine my horror when I received a call on 31/1/17 stating this chalet was...

We stayed at the Victoria Parc Hotel in February 2017 for a family ski trip. The hotel is very traditional. Decor a little tired maybe but our room (310) was very spacious and had everything we needed. The lounge/bar area is comfortable and spacious with a pool table and a selection of board/card games. We were made aware of the...

On arrival at the Park Hotel Victoria which we had booked with Inghams, we noticed a sign saying there was an outbreak of Norovirus in the RESORT! Although slightly concerning we carried on like "sacrificial lambs". Unbeknownst to us norovirus had been in this hotel for at least 2 weeks before we arrived!!! Obviously not a resort problem! Most of...

We arrived at this lovely looking hotel in a great area. As previous comments the problems was the Norovirus Illness that was prevalent in the hotel before we got there and during our stay, the thing that bemuses me is the denial by Igams to accept that this was an Igams issue which has promted me to write this, we...

Thank you '418colin' for your feedback on your experience at the end of January. As you are no doubt aware from your recent discussions with our Guest Services team, a professional cleaning company was contracted to clean the whole chalet and all chalet staff were given time off to recover and recuperate. We arranged for an Environmental Health Officer from...

For skiing, the Dolomites is a brilliant, wide quiet slopes, would return to the resort. The hotel built in 1892 full of character, the food served all good and plenty of it. Downside was there was a vicious novovirus bug that inghams were aware of at least a week before we set off but did not inform us either prior...

Thank you 'Nicola B' for your review of your stay at the Chalet Hotel Parc Victoria. Whilst it's great to hear that you enjoyed the resort, the property and the catering provided by the Inghams team during your week, it's of course concerning to note that your stay was impacted by a viral outbreak affecting some of your fellow guests....
