Only here overnight before taking another over night ship to Sicily. I have been via car through Civitavecchia several times and have stayed there more than twice. This particular hotel when I arrived off a ship at about 9pm was easy to find and only 10 minutes drive from the ship. Comfortable rooms and quiet. We over-looked the sea/promenade. The...

We stayed overnight before our cruise the next day. This hotel is very convenient for several reasons. We came into Civitavecchia from Rome, taking the train. When you leave the train station you turn right and only about two blocks and you are at the hotel, right on that same street. We walked to the cruiseship, about several blocks but...

The hotel position in civitavecchia if you are going in a cruise is ok. Breakfast very poor , plastic glasses , almost everything comes from market not made in their own kitchen, only boiled eggs and eggs are made. Finally just good for transit . Bathroom. Dirty but room clean. Nice trip.

Like many others, my spouse and I spent a night here prior to embarking on our cruise. Located in a large 16th Century mansion along the waterfront, this charming hotel is ideally situated a mere five-minute walk straight down the street from the train station. There are also numerous nice restaurants within a short walk from the main entrance. We...

Good value for a short stay. The room was clean and bathroom clean as well. A lovely building but is tired and could do with a spruce up. Close to restaurants. The day we were in town it was raining and we didn't explore it. So can't really comment but seems to be a busy port not my town.

+ Good place the nearest to train station + Nice sea view corner rooms + Gust beside Hirtz car rental company - Reception staff need to be trained how to smile - The hotel should provide staff to help carrying luggage - The breakfast is poor

I stayed for one night earlier this month, prior to boarding a cruise ship. I had taken the train from FCO, and I arrived at the hotel at about 11am. My room wasn't ready so I decided to wander thru town. I was given a map at the front desk and headed out to get some euros at an ATM...

Waited at check-in while a couple of phone calls were answered. The gent at check-in was in no hurry. The room and bathroom were ok. Breakfast was included, the tea and coffee were dreadful. Location good, but very limited amenities. This hotel claims to be 4 star,I would think that it is a 2 star.

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the train station if you are arriving from Rome, and the shuttle bus to the port which stops just outside. Check in was perfunctory - I'm sure they deal with a lot of cruise ship travellers staying for only one night and building customer relations isn't a top priority. We...
