Despise many people didn't like this hotel, my experience here was good. The room was clean, the bed comfy, I liked that it had some statues and paitings in the lobby and even a gift shop with touristy things and cheap.

It's located away from Florence. About 15 minutes ride away. In traffic can take more. The rooms are very dilapidated and need repairs. Very ordinary. It lacked comfort in every way. Very lack lustre breakfast. They call it American breakfast but it wasn't so. The staff is helpful and friendly though. The room doesn't have a good view too. Did... More

We were put in this hotel after a cancelled flight out of Florence. This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in. In the first room the toilet did not flush, in the second room the window was broken, there was mould all over the room, and the door to the balcony did not close properly or lock. They... More

It's rooms are very very bad, it's breakfast is very weak, bad and it's staff is dour. It's awful hotel and it isn't clean certainly. It's linens and rooms smell musty. They suggest to us that they were quite rude and discriminatory against the Turks.

This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our Italy tour recently. The furniture and bed in the room looks old despite the new coat of paint in the room. The bathroom is small and needs better lighting in the bathroom The hotel does not provide any free wifi connection for hotel.

The rooms are very small. The hotel looks very old on entering with very bad decorations. It was hot and the window seemed to be stuck. No free wifi. It was the only hotel in my entire Europe trip that didn't offer free wifi.

I'll start by saying this hotel looks old and the decoration is quite ugly. The furniture Of our room was in a very bad state and it was too small in general. Also, they charge for the internet during your stay (they only give you 1 hour of this service for free). This place is unpleasant, I wouldn't recommend it,... More
