Discreet but not 4 star hotel where you will normally find toiletries for personal hygiene, slippers cloth, bathrobes and kettle for instant tea in the room. The lobby should then be modernized like the conference rooms. Pleasant room very large, blind bathroom quite large but with good suction, good breakfast but I would suggest an additional equipment for hot drinks because you have to line up and wait your turn even 10 minutes for a hot coffee, regret the timing of the table service. The location is great because the center is within walking distance in a few minutes.

Very dated hotel There are some things that can be improved but others that are the result of little attention to investment and improvement over the years. Very small elevator. Not comfortable mattresses. Very noisy air conditioning which cannot cool well and was turned on all night (it must be said that it was very hot these days) I practically never slept. There is a bathtub instead of a shower. The doors don't close very well. Very large room with a generous size. Breakfast a little disappointing but more than sufficient. Unfortunately it was a complete disaster. Mold in the bathroom on the carpet has probably never been cleaned since the 1960s, the room was completely out of style, the doors in the bathroom were partly broken and it was freezing cold and at midnight we no longer had hot water.
The ventilation system must not have been cleaned for 25 years, and there were already visible spots of rust in the breakfast room, a pure disaster. The eggs were just convenience food and the staff was disorganized and rude.
Nobody felt comfortable clearing away the crumbs from the boat table. Because of all the crumbs, you couldn't see the actual board for cutting.
the coffee was a cheap soup, simply a disaster. The facade is already crumbling and the windows don't close properly.
In my opinion, the hotel deserves a maximum of one star and that could be debated. I can only warn against going there, the €120 for a double room is far from worth it. The bed sat through

We stayed in this hotel using a Smartbox. The hotel has internal parking and has rooms that appear to have had a recent renovation. It is located just outside the walls of Bassano. Breakfast is served from 6 to 10 and is sufficiently varied with the presence of both sweet and savory pieces. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had a good time.

We booked the room from the site, a Deluxe. The room, on the third floor, was not much more a double with an extra bed and at our entrance, in the evening, but having checked in at 3pm leaving the luggage alone, it was cold as no one had turned on the heaters. Missing, compared to what was stated on the site, the welcome toast and the kettle - the latter at that point requested and provided by the receptionist and brought by us to the room by hand in a tray. The bathroom was large but lacked basic things like the hair cap and slippers that in a four star, Deluxe room, we would have expected. However great location and therefore recommended, average continental breakfast and staff still available.

The structure, which shares the reception with Hotel Martini, is a few minutes walk from Verona Porta Nuova station and a 15-minute walk from Piazza delle Erbe. A location a little outside but still not far from the historic center. Quiet room but too small for a double bed (however, I was already informed from the booking that the room was small) and clean, spacious and clean bathroom. Good, varied and plentiful breakfast.
