We were on a self-guided bike tour and the bike company booked this hotel. Located just outside of the old city wall, it is a brief walk to the covered bridge. The hotel and the rooms were dated but clean. Rooms were small but adequate. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic. The hotel was located well for exploring the city. Bikes were stored in a secure parking garage just an elevator ride to the lobby. If in the area again we might try another hotel, not because this one was bad, but we may want something a bit more interesting.

My family and I weee guest at the property for a couple of days and we have been very satisfy with the hotel welcoming from Maria Teresa the owner. With the rooms cleanliness,, size and view over the valpolicella winery.. We enjoyed most the feeling of a small hotel run by mother and daughter with passion and caring for detail and helpfulness. Perfect for those who want a truly Italian experience. We will go back again soon. Thank you MariaTeresa and mom.

Been here one night. The room was little but comfortable, but all the furniture and linens were old and old-fashioned. The power outlet beside the bed didn't work, there were cobwebs in the corners, and the shower door was broken. Breakfast was almost all packaged food. The owner/concierge couldn't recommend a restaurant and just suggested us to go towards the city centre. For a single night, it was ok, but I wouldn't stay more than that.

It is a nice familar hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, althogh the interiour might be a bit old, but still ina good condition. The check-in staff was very friendly. The breakfast was rich and good, but charged extra. They also offered private parking in a garage for free.

Hotel just outside the historic center of Bassano in a very convenient position for visiting the bridge and the squares within the walls. It has reserved and free closed parking. Comfortable rooms, furnishings in the common areas not modern but everything clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with everything you need. Hotel Brenner is simply fantastic! Owner Zaccaria is lovely and helpful, the room was well cleaned and air conditioned. Comfortable bed and very kind staff.
