Use this type of hotel a lot in Italy so know what to expect. Not this! Dinner was dire - bad anti pasti buffet, terrible pasta. Choice of 2 items only. Chips were good to be fair. Room was very plain as expected but seems hotel is made of paper - it was like sleeping in a dormitory - you...

We were Ingham's ski guests for a week in this lovely hotel. The staff are so welcoming, kind and helpful and the food is exceptional and there's lots of it. We would certainly go back to stay again. Thanks Hotel Betulla

A wonderful small family run hotel.very friendly, rooms a little outdated but very clean, airy, warm and comfortable. All inclusive package very good including free drinks from 5pm and a packed lunch or the choice to the hotel for a 3 course meal. The food was excellent if not too much, delicious on all counts .

On arrival we were welcomed with a great big smile from the receptionist, and within minutes we were given our key to the room. Ok the hotel is a little dated and the rooms slightly on the small size but plenty of storage and a nice balcony. We were on a skiing holiday and the hotel was only a short...

Travelled to La Betulla on 22nd February with Crystal. Resort reps very helpful and readily available. Arrived late morning and met with a smile by Michaela, room ready and pleased to find it had a small south facing balcony. As stated in previous reviews the room was small but was warm and clean. Hotel is small, in centre of town...

Having read some of these reviews we were expecting La Betulla to be ramshackle. As it turned out, we were very pleasantly surprised. Rooms are small and simple but warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had no problems with noise, draughts or dodgy electrics. Food was standard Italian ski hotel fare - if you're picky or vegetarian your choices are...

We have just returned fro Bardonecchia and had a great time. I cannot fault the Hotel Betulla, the staff were very good. We skied every day and were provided with a packed lunch. The walk to Campo Smith chair lift was ~ 10 minutes. There is also a free bus every twenty minutes that leaves from just outside the hotel...

Well what a brilliant stay we had, firstly this is a typical Italian style hotel in terms of its decor. It's very clean and the food is just fantastic. Brilliant value for money when booking through Crystal ski as we got a free bar from 5pm till 10pm and the measures are very generous. The staff can not do enough...

Spent one night. Needs updating. I am sure it is lovely in the skiing season but in September it seemed lacklustre. The staff were friendly. Rooms were small. Have stayed in better and cheaper even at 80 eu. Note - I had originally booked via another well known site at a cost of 130 eu. Fortunately whilst checking details i...
