I love the Villa, the room is comfortable and well furnished. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the host, Andrea, is warm and engaging with excellent english. I enjoyed breakfast with an egg and local breads and homemade preserves. It is a simple breakfast but if I want more fruit, cheese or even a truffle, I knew I...

We chose to stay near Alba as it's a central location for visiting the villages of Barbaresco and Barolo. We couldn't have made a wiser choice in staying at La Meridiana. Not only was the location perfect, but our host Andrea was charming and informative. Our room was clean and comfortable and the agriturismo with its operating vineyards and truffle...

So what would bring you to Alba? Maybe wine tasting through the region's boutique wineries? Maybe exploring the medieval towns and castles perched on the surrounding hills? Could it be the fine food or is it the seasonal truffle hunting? It maybe that you followed loved ones and family through the district? Be it whatever it maybe, Villa La Meridiana...

This villa has everything. The hosts are delightful, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are enough so you dont need any food for the day! The rooms are comfortable and each has a fridge. The views are spectacular, the town noise is absent, and the walk to town about 15 minutes. We loved it.

My wife and I have stayed at La Meridiana twice in the past three years. Some say you should never go back as the second experience is not as enriching as the first but this was not the case. I am pleased to report that the entire experience was and still is extremely satisfying. The rooms are nicely appointed with...

Due to airplane delays, we did not arrive until 11:00PM but someone was available and helpful to open the locked gate. The rooms and grounds are very attractive and the breakfast was excellent. The owners gave us advice on local eating establishments.

Since 2003 this is the place we return too, every time we visit the area. Andrea and his family are more like family friends and the B&B consistently good. A truly relaxing place to stay; charming villa and rooms, swimming pool, breakfast served on the terrace (freshly squeezed juice, good Italian coffee, porched egg, selection of bread and cakes with...

I can't say enough good things about Villa La Meridiana. We could not believe the modest price for such an awesome view over the hillside. We selected a double room upstairs, which was more spacious than the typical European hotel room. It even had a fireplace, which we didn't use because of the season. It is only a 5-minute drive...
