Just returned from spending a few days with a caravan at this site. Clean and set amongst picturesque country side with a number of walking trails close by crossing the local countryside well maintained and leading into the heart of the country side. Local to mount Errigal, Poison Glen, Bunbeg Wreck and associate beaches all worthy of exploring and an...

Well run, clean, friendly camping site set in beautiful countryside. Peaceful. Only down side is its a bit cramped for caravans. Great walks around the local lanes & a good pub nearby. We would go back. Tip: bring midge repellant in summer.

Small site with pitches very close together. Facilities are very clean - I liked the music in the toilets and showers. Dogs are allowed (on lead). Kettle and fridge/freezer in the kitchen. Do not go there without bug spray. We got eaten alive!

We packed up our camping equipment and headed off to free camp at Derrybeg only to find that the Council have changed the rules and you're not allowed to free camp any more - very disappointing. We have been going there for years and enjoyed the peace and quiet. At very late notice on a Friday night, we rang the...

A very nice adult only site, with a welcome from the couple owning it. Wifi only in the hall, not on the site ( that I could locate) but free. Stayed one night and shall return. Pub in walking distance and a good one with large helpings . The midges were kind and not too bad, but reception have a...

Just spent 2 nights at this wonderful site. Weather was fantastic but the welcome from owners Art and Pauline was equally as warm. This is an adult only site set in a sheltered spot down a quiet country road. There's a few spots for campervans and a nice area for tents. There's also a little camping pod and a chalet...

A quiet little spot for a stopover, it's adult only, a very clean site with sufficient facilities for the numbers it can hold. There is a pub within walking distance, we have yet to make use of it, maybe next time. This site is ideal for visiting the west of Donegal and beyond.

Great location. Really nice grounds. Good facilities. (Maybe a few more plugs in the kitchen for us power hungry techies ;)) We only had a one night stop on our motorcycle tour. Willem from the Netherlands who we met on site was on his motorbike too had a better idea and was staying for 3 days. I would like to...

Good idea about the sockets, with all the smartphones and tablets these days. Will arrange more for next season. Thanks.

This was spur of the moment stop for myself and my brother on our motorcycle trip around Donegal. It was a Friday and we rang, confirmed the booking, received a lovely welcome a couple of hours later. We were shown around, found a nice spot and pitched our tents. The facilities are good but could be cold on either side...

We spent one night at Art's camping. I had made a reservation in April already and had not re-confirmed since. when we arrived, Art had put reservation notes on two pitches so that we could choose. The site is tiny but it has all it needs. A nice and cozy kitchen, showers and toilets are very clean. Our dog was...
