We stayed here last year and returned for a visit this year. Bird and Delia are lovely people and their accommodation is relaxed, comfortable and quirky. We love this place and intend returning again. The Wi-Fi was occasionally a bit hit and miss, the TV...More

We stayed here in late December-13 early January-14 and had a great time. The owners, Delia and Bird, are truly lovely, down to earth and incredibly helpful which was invaluable to us being first time visitors to Barbados.

Loved staying here. Nice and laid back. Clean pool. Local monkeys. Amazing hosts.
Why would you want to stay in a soul-less hotel.
Bird and Delia have an amazing location and they ensure that you know what you need to see on the island.

We hired a car, the owners do a transfer but we didn't use it as we decided to have a car anyway to get around for the week. I think they charge about 60 dollars. You can book taxis online but I don't know how much. If you shop around for cars etc. on Barbados you can save a lot as there is a big difference between top tourist prices and what the locals would pay. If you want the cheapest option you can get the public bus from the airport to Bridgetown and then change to a bus to Mullins, the bus stop is at the bottom of the drive to Legend Garden
