Visited for 2 nights while on business in the area at midweek. Hotel choice limited due to the usual mayhem of being close to the NEC so took a chance. Overall my impressions are positive and will say even with anything negative that may follow I would consider staying again. Just not in Room 1 (more later). Arrived before the...

Spent several nights here as a couple. The room was amazing, great bed (though needs softer/fluffier pillows), fab size bathroom with shower and two person Jacuzzi bath (just wow) ... though this is the 'honeymoon suite'. Some of the other rooms we were able to check during our stay: some good sized, couple small with small en suites but all...

Got a last minute cancellation and took advantage of reasonable bed and breakfast rate to stay whilst attending an event at the main venue. Cosy and comfortable rooms, well appointed and better than sorting taxis each way. Only downside was the radio playing out in the hallway at 7am in the morning - not everyone wanted to listen to Radio...

A one night stay on business in the area which was on the 14th Feb. . Check in means going to a different building or to the on site restaurant for the key as there's no actual reception within the main building. Once I got the key, room spotless, nice and warm and lovely set up If a little small...

From check in to check out we could not fault this hotel. We booked via Laterooms, I then called the hotel and spoke to Jason (I believe this is the correct name) who described the rooms and allowed me to chose room 7 (Secret Room), on arrival we found the room to be as described and spotlessly clean. Room 7...

We stayed here for 1 night to attend a wedding. Rooms were prebooked and we were looking forward to our stay. However, when we arrived we were a little disappointed. We'd paid over £100 for one night and felt rather ripped off. The room we'd been allocated was on the ground floor next to the breakfast & living rooms. It...

The location is in the middle of no where, and the bar / restaurant is not open all day so it's a taxi ride to a local village to do anything or get a drink. We stayed here for one night in room 6 with the jacuzzi bath. There was a slight confusion at check in as to what room...

Had an overnight stay as a stopover before heading to see family the next day and it was perfect. Quiet, and easy check in, and very helpful staff. We had the basement room which was perfect for us and we loved our one night stay. I'd just got off a 9 hour flight to heathrow and drove to the hotel...
