Travelled with Locks and Glens to this hotel for a 4 night stay over the New Year. Everything was fantastic. Room, very clean and comfortable. Food very plentiful and hot. Staff extremely pleasant and friendly. Entertainment in the evening was good and especially New Years Eve, with a Gala Dinner, loads of poppers balloons etc and fireworks, champagne and hot...

My wife and I had a fantastic 5 day stay at this hotel for new year. The service we got from the staff was top class. The food selection was very good with plenty of traditional scottish food. After the way they treated an old lady who only wanted to use the toilet facilities and was refused, i don't think I'll ever be near the place again, staff member was appalling. Is this the kind of treatment the elderly can expect from this place?

Me and my sons had a Xmas holiday at this wonderful hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, it was my sons birthday on boxing day, and they put up a banner and balloons, I was very impressed. The food was so tasty and piping hot every meal, and we never left the table...

Well what a great hotel this is we were made very welcome by all staff greeted by the manager on the coach. Bags were taken to the rooms ..very clean rooms house keeper did a sterling job each day..the waiting staff at breakfast and dinner were just outstanding . But the food was the best i've ever had and pleantyfull...

On the whole it was a very enjoyable experience, it's a very traditional hotel, the food is good and the staff are excellent. The location is a little remote, but if you are on a Lochs and Glens tour they take you to different locations every day, and if you are lucky enough to get a room with a view...

Just returned from a 5 day coach trip and it was excellent the hotel is in a lovely setting and very clean in the rooms and food was excellent . The trips were very good as well; Our coach driver was excellent as well . The staff are nice and very friendly as well

The hotel is really beautiful in a marvelous setting very clean the meals were excellent also the evening entertainment, the trips out were very well organized with wonderfull scenery our coach driver was Clive he was very good always cheerful and informative. The only dissapoimtment was the single room it had a frosted glass window and I could only see...

Another great Holiday with locks and glens this hotel was great the room was lovely we had one over looking the lock the staff was excellent anything you wont and they could get it we had it, the food was lovely and they did sandwiches and other bits for our journey home it was a lot cheaper than the service...
