We visited today and had a beautifully presented meal, served by lovely staff (Lauren, Shaunie and another young lady - name began with D). Real value for money in a lovely bar/restaurant. Will go back if ever we pass through here again!

Had a very enjoyable meal here on mothers day. Had not prebooked but was seated within 15mins. Good set menu and attentive staff. Well worth a visit and will certainly be back. Also if you are interested in Robert Burns there are plenty of nearby places of interest.

We went to the Fairburn Hotel yesterday for a 2 course lunch and ended up spending the rest of the afternoon there. The lunch menu was great - a good range of choices, well cooked, well presented and served by friendly and obliging staff. Lovely meals for both of us. Fish wasn't available, but that just demonstrates that the food...

The restaurant is very modern, clean, well laid out, and there are some pretty striking black and white photos of old Mauchline around the walls. The food was very good, and everyone enjoyed it. For a starter I had tattie scone nachos (in fact almost all...

Nice decor, freindly staff however service poor, not issued with christmas menu and when we enquired was told they forgot, waitress dropped pot of chutney behind one of the party causing chutney to go in their hair, one of the party was waiting for there main meal when the other six had finished theres disapointed to say the least.
