This was my first time to the maldives. This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable with new feather duvet and pillows, all bed linen was brand new, the room was beautifully redesigned with new furniture fittings. The showeroom was newly retiled. TV was free with Netflix. Breakfast was very good and the room service menu was really good, I had the tastiest burger every. Room service was available on request for security reasons. The staff were very young, helpful and pleasant. The receptionist "Sachin" was extremely helpful and pleasant. The roof top , the sauna and steam room are under reconstruction at this time. The spa was open but a bit expensive with full body massage costing $70. The location is really nice and safe. The only fault I found was thar the towels were old, but they were clean. Sachin Informed me that they were in the process or purchasing new towels. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future.

New, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Rooms were very quiet. Breaky was simple and tasty, especially the Maldivian tuna. Nothing to fault this place. Hotel pick up and drop off for $10, 10 minute drive. Wi-Fi speed worked well. A short 15meter walk from the beach.

We had high hopes for this hotel as it was dearer than most but we decided to splurge as it boasted a gym and a massage spa.
On booking I specifically requested 2 x massage and a time and I repeated this at least two more times via bookings.com and WhatsApp directly to the hotel but they never confirmed
It was not until we had arrived and paid for our room they told us the spa and gym are under renovation and unavailable which was most disappointing.
The room is nice but you have to pay extra to watch TV
We also paid extra for breakfast included which if you want anything but continental you must pay extra. My confirmation emails says breakfast included not continental breakfast included, furthermore, I had to ask 3 times for them to add mango juice to the dispenser and all they added was a dribble for the last of a container, I had to lean the dispenser forward to fill my small glass.
This hotel does not currently meet its star rating or service.
I would not recommend this hotel for the price you pay.
A week ago we stayed at H78 a smaller room, much cheaper and much better value for money

We Booked this Hotel through Holiday factory. As per our Booking 3night stay with Free Buffet Breakfast . On the secon day They said they don't have Buffet Breakfast and they will provide Al carte, and I ordered Bread sandwich for my family and they provide 1 piece bread sandwiches each to my family and when I requested for second they said, I have to pay extra for that. And About the Buffet Breakfast everyday same menu, Bread, Omelette, Pottotto, Sausage , Milk and cornflakes. Horrible experience from Restaurant. This Hotel is not at all up to the mark of a 4 star Hotel. Not at all recommended.

An ideal place for those who want to spend their holidays in luxurious conditions at a reasonable price. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner was really tasty, served on buffet style in the beautiful restaurant. Rooms are specious with very comfortable bed. We'll be back for sure!

My worsr experience at a hotel. The room and washroom is so tiny and the washroom has no floor towels. The housekeeping didn’t clean our room and we stayed 2 nights like that. It is not at all value for money and the breakfast was bad so we had to do breakfast outside.

Stayed here for 2 days and 1 night before flying home - I was hoping to get a good rest before an overnight flight, however there is construction work right across the road from this Hotel and in many other buildings on the street. Rest was impossible and I had to listen to VERY loud noise all day and up to 9PM. Room was clean and comfortable. Full Board option was nice but not a lot of options and small portions. Nice location close to the beach but spoiled by the Construction work. Rooftop area is advertised but this is under construction and renovation also contributing to the noise.

Stayed here for 8 weeks and it was a brilliant. All the staff are very warm and welcoming and simply can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well presented and immaculate. Beach is a stone throw away aswell. Gordon the chef serves up very good food aswell. Mr Hugo is always available to sort anything out, the whole team were superb. Hope to see you all again soon

So bad service. You need to asked 100 times . The card was lost by the staff. no one knew where she was. anyone could walk into the room and take something. breakfasts are terrible. the cheapest products you can find.The rooms said that they were all the same size, they lied. they turned out to be different

Awesome hotel and wonderful hospitality from the General Manager Mr Hugo and team. Chef at the restaurant cooks as per your requirement. Highly recommend this hotel at Hulhumale. Rooms are very good and clean.
